Yes, I was thinking about it, but I do not want the issues with tenants and HMRC, etc ... Had overseas properties before and it drove me nuts. I want to have the money in the bank and just one suitcase when I get on that plane ✈️ 😏 leave all my worries behind.

 

I am thinking of buying a rental property there as an investment instead with the profit made. Can get a much bigger house there for the same money as I can get here 👍🏻

Uuugh yeah a good point lol 😂 sell that house 🏡 quickly,I've already packed one suitcase and started another that's all I'll need along with one carry on backpack 😃 I won't lie the last 5 months I've worried about getting denied or worrying about my fiancé living alone in her apartment,the end is in sight for us both 😉

The forums should be a helpful place where you're respectful to others and supportive to each. This is a hard process for each of us. I believe negative individuals like him should simply be ignored, especially if they're just going to argue for the sense of arguing. Some people just enjoy negative attention.

Why is it only respectful if people are agreeing with you? People have different opinions about what is going to be useful or not in this process!

It's the way you're wording things to others. You are just being completely ignorant and it's not necessary. Did you know there is a way to speak to people without coming off as passive aggressive? At this point, I'm not engaging in these posts directed at me. It seems you're just a rude person and have been rude to other members on here as well.

I'm sorry that you cannot handle being told that you came across demanding and that directly responding to people is apparently ruder than passive aggressive jabs. I am not attempting to be passive aggressive and prefer to be direct. I'm not going to put 100 emojis in my post and pretend I'm so concerned about your feelings because you can't handle what I have to say (edit: when you asked for opinions!!!). We're all adults here.

Just got off the phone with NVC and they gave me the case number!! Exactly two weeks after my NOA1 issued date (7/24) so just FYI for those of you who recently received your NOA2. I would wait at least 2 weeks before calling to get your case number because it's unlikely they will have it before then. The rep I spoke with said they don't handle K1 visa's, but do perform some administrative steps on them and then forward it over to the embassy. She also gave me an invoice ID and said I would need it later so I took that down as well.

I honestly thought we would never know what it feels like to see that letter and now today is the day. So relieved ! Good luck !
