Seems the ceac tracker is the only thing that works right! :)

Yeah it was 93 days; I was about to look. Really, really lightspeed! But 127 is still speedy, indeed! Compared to the poor people with 140+ days we got jackpot!

It is really, really awful. In Germany you're only asked to bring your appointment confirmation + passport, because you're submitting everything with Pack 3.
But nobody I know came with empty hands yet. We all have THE FOLDER. ;)
The only thing I will carry with me, that had NOT been sent in yet are screenshots from our weekly facetime, since we haven't seen uns since January, as well as the call logs since January, to proof the weekly facetime. I don't have more. And it's unlikely - at least it didn't happen to others - that they want to see more than the passport and the appointment confimation.  But you never know.

And I know after the interview - if it's a yes - I will start worrying until ceac says "issued", then I will worry for my passport to arrive at home.
After that I will worry for not loosing it lol
Then I will worry if they let me in at POE.... My fiance keeps making fun of me, but I told him HE has the easy part. He only has to file a few forms and WAIT. haha

Oh, btw, since you asked: Scott has express mailed me the i-134 + belonging documents, a copy of NOA2 and a new letter of intent (just in case) after we got the NVC number!

Yeah, the stress never stops. I agree, honestly, so much beneficiaries have to triumph during this period of time. It takes great strength!
I have updated Skype conversations along with updated FB messages, a wedding dress receipt, I129F petition copy with supporting documents, I-134 from me and my co-sponsor, financial records from the bank from both me and my co-sponsor, IRS transcripts for the last 3 years from both me and my co-sponsor, a new letter of intent for both me and my fiancee.... and I may be missing a few things but I know I'll end up looking a million times just like I did with the I129F. I guess it's good to keep looking. Less chance of forgetting important documents and what not!

Yes, it's still going to be scary not knowing what they will say. I'm inclined to believe it's an approval though. But, I'm giving you all the luck in the world!!! Good vibes headed your way.
Lol, if it's not one thing you're worried about it's another! This process knows how to strike a panic attack. :jest:

Thanks for all the information! :)

This is an interesting and unfortunate situation. I was reading portions of the "field manual" and it seems they worry that fraud may be related to one's reasoning...like one may regret deception.  This is why they will likely scrutinize the decision if they allow an interview.

The reason you provided  is much different than another VJ member's "argument" over language with his finance. I am not trying to judge the other situation, but this process causes us to be at our worst sometimes. Still, I never thought about cancelling the petition due to a fight with my fiance. My decision to marry her has not fluctuated to doubt.

Again, your situation is much different. You received little to no communication from YOUR government, and thus thought it may be worth trying a different route. Your decision sounds as if the inability to recieve information from the USCIS caused stress, which influenced a decision made in haste.

It may be best to contact an attorney ASAP.  The loss in time is not worth the risk. I would guess an immigration attorney will not cost much more than the USCIS fee to refile. Also, an attorney may be better at helping to convey the reasons behind the letter to withdraw.

Will you attend the [eventual] interview? I would as they may have questions.

thankyou so much . i really appreciate the help. i know that you tried to check for a similar case with me.. ThankYou ThankyOu soo Much... iLl try to read the thread.. and iLL call Nvc later, fingers cross and palms together 😔🙏 i would like to just continue, but what made me worried is One lawyer said that what if were already in the interview and  they would see in the system that we sent a Withdrawal automatically they will deny me a visa. 😢😣

hello thank you for the response. its ok. i admit we werent thinking too well. even lawyer said that we cannot Say yes or No with the UsCis.. just like that, though we didnt state the reason in the withdrawal letter that we just want to proceed with spousal Visa. i know they will think otherwise.. we just need to be sure first by contacting UsCiS and NVc of the best way, if all else fails then i think continue with the pLan B on getting married.

@Hurry&Wait HAS A GREAT POINT!  The website that allows information has been made useless to acquire information, Calling USCIS relegates one to being read the misinformation on the website and absolutely no help is available from their Tier 1 or 2 reps, Processing times are on track to TRIPLE leaving so many hanging, Backlog continues to rise quarter to quarter - and all you want to do is to get married and live together.  Great arguing points.  Attending the interview together and showing a united front with a compassionate and understanding consul officer would be key ingredients to a successful K1.

Hey guys! I checked my Informed Delivery today and got a letter from USCIS. I'm so nervous. I see that the notice date is August 3rd. I called USCIS and spoke to a tier 2 officer and he said I didn't have any RFE or approvals on the way and they are processing January cases and all of that. The same day I contacted my senator when they didn't give me any information on my petition. They contacted me back August 3rd, the same day this letter is dated. Nothing says anything about an RFE on USCIS' website, so.... now I wait till the mail arrives. Excited and scared all in one go. :jest:

How does this comment help anyone? You're kind of missing the entire point of this thread.
