Yup, most likely. She should start getting the corrected forms done now, so once she receives that RFE she can send the corrections immediately. Usually it's not too long of a delay, maybe a week or 2 depending on how fast of a turn around she can get the corrected forms to the CSC.

RFE's aren't always bad. At least they know that someone has went through the file and will be approved once they send in the corrections.

Will it be ok if ever she'll just a scanned one?

Actually a lot of couples have sent the G-325A and the intent to marry through email, had their fiance sign it and then scan and email it back and they've been able to get their NOA2 and had no issues with a copied signature.

The passport style photo doesn't require a signature on it, just their name. I put the names on the back of the corresponding passport photo and then I put my fiance's and my passport style photos in a little zip lock baggy with "passport style photo of XXX" on it as well and paperclipped it to the G-325A.

.Hhhmm..  in my Case because im the one (Benefeciary) prepared everything, i arrange the packet and just put a stick notes for my F to be able to do his parts. ANd in the Passport Photo i just Write

"Photo of Beneficiary" and i signed mine..

will that be ok??

Blue pen? Weeeww. That made my eyes 😳 I dont have idea of that too.. i thought it must be all black. 😟

yeah, the video of that lawyer, he said that with blue ink it was more evident that it was an original signature and not like a copy. Like I said before, there is soooo much different info out there... it's really nauseating  lol it makes it really difficult to know whether you are coming or going  lol  *sigh*

In my own opinion, I think the color of the pen don't really matters cause I think they require the wet signature to confirm the sign is really genuine and not sign by a robot/android?;-)

Hi. I even told her Scanned could be ok. Since my cLose friend whos already in the US just had her Letter of Intent and G325a scanned..

Hello there.. Yes yes scanned was used to be allowed/accepted before as my sister also said the same thing but that was few years ago. I think US gov change the policy regarding this matter... hehe.. I added 2 screenshots of infos that thought might be helpful for everyone..

Hello there.. Wow.. I must say, that really makes sense.. blue is somehow really more evident as I think of it.. haha.. I used black because my fiance said color of the pen don't matters.. That lawyer is clever.. ;-)

Hi Everyone!

I am starting to pack some of my things and I was wondering if anyone has ever brought nursing/medical textbooks to US. Do you think there will be any problem or issues from US customs like copyright issues? I'm planning to bring around 10 textbooks and some are really thick. And on the same note, I'm also planning to bring my vinyl turntable and record which was as gift from my F. It's portable yet fragile. Would anyone know of a way to safely transport it?

Hello there.. I don't know about the US customs rules but regarding about the transport, I can recommend DHL or FedEx based on my experience though they are quite expensive but very reliable.. :-)

It will be fine it you sign it and scan it then email it to the petitioner to send with the packet. I've read many topics on this and a lot of people are scanning and sending it and they don't have any problems. USCIS & CSC will accept them as long as it's not a digital signature - like a typed signature. If it's a true signature they don't really care if it's wet or scanned and sent off. They DO need a wet signature on the affidavit of support though.
