actually, i havent celebrated yet 😞 because we kinda made our situation complicated. because 5days before the NOa2, we sent a withdrawal letter. because im going home in my home country and my F said for us to get married that time. since maybe the Noa2 will not come yet.. (patience test: failed 😣) so now we are worried about how to cancel the withdrawal letter since we dnt have email that the uscis received it yet.

Oh wow :(
Hopefully that was not the mistake of your life. Fingers are crossed that you can withdraw the withdrawal.
One more year of waiting would afford way more patience then 120 days for a NOA2.

Good luck for you - I hope it will turn out good!

@dkmfan85: Congratulations to the golden letter and good luck for a speedy further journey! :):)

btw, during the interview, the consul said that she liked it when the petitioner accompanies the beneficiary.  interview was on the 1st (tuesday), petition got issued on the 2nd (wednesday) at about the afternoon, and i got an email from the ustraveldocs on friday that they have already sent my passport through 2go.  it was just surreal when you get to the finish line. :)

NICE!  I was planning to attend and was hoping it would be viewed as being supportive..... It's a lot of stress on the beneficiary and I know she wants me there.

I received my NOA2 yesterday! I wanted to reveal to my fiancee on Skype first before letting everyone else in on it. She couldn't believe I hadn't even opened the envelope to peek until this afternoon. :D

NOA2: 7/31  postmarked 8/1
Case tracker still shows as "Case Was Received"

Good luck to everyone still on the roulette wheel!! I'm rooting for everyone!!

Not that I have experience in this, but it appears the noa2 is dated after the withdrawal letter..... Be sure to send a reinstatement letter and mention a 'thank you for noa2' in the letter. Keep copies of all letters and proceed.   Hopefully someone with experience will read this and give some good proceeding advice.  Regardless, I think you are in good shape still.

Say congrats to Anna as well. If she'll need any help while staying in Kiev, please let me know. Good luck with the rest of the process.

I followed your timeline to see how it goes nowadays with the process for Ukrainians.

Hope one day our case fill be approved as well.

I love how the UKI hang together. Y'all have some great hearts!

137 days still no NOA2. I wish I had any source to calirify why some files are not processed in order. I looked at the receipt numbers on the tracker search before ours and after our receipt number that have both got responses. We are at the point we are losing hope and physically and mentally drained daily!

Well, I hope she does because I've already told here everything I know :)

You can always count on a friendly nudge, especially after the 18th, when my course is finally over

She's finishing her course on the 20th and will be covering for her boss the week before her exam. Poor girl! These next to weeks are going to be overwhelming, but that will also help the time pass more quickly. I think she has most of the documents she needs already. I know she needs her police record still. I encouraged her to get that a couple weeks ago since the embassy website says it is valid for a whole year and I knew she would have some very stressful and busy weeks coming up, but she wanted to wait until we actually received a NOA2.
