So, I called NVC today and we got our number. I was super happy things are moving so fast now. Then I checked the site in put in my number a box showed up saying follow the steps to six questions.  I'm freaking out...is something wrong? Have anyone else have this box pop up saying to follow the steps. The first is asking for an agent and says it takes up to 3 weeks for a response and before can proceed to step two...ugh confused

Congrats to those recently approved! Stay strong everyone, as hard as it is, we got this and were almost there!  If you haven't been approved yet, just remember... each passing day we are closer to receiving our NOA2.

I actually just need to bring the confirmation letter and my passport.

Yes I know right lol. But I hope it did something. I think I have written to as many ppl as I can.  So I will be patient..things don't happen in my time..only his so I continue to pray and motivate everyone else to keep pushing as well.  I wish I were in your shoes. Congrats and good luck to you as well.

OH by the way peeps it does look like uscis and embassy may check your fb accounts the consular officer asked me if I had any dogs 🐶 my fb page is full of photos of my dog Sheldon 😁

Yay, you got the number!

Don't worry about the canned message regarding the six steps, that doesn't apply to K1 visas. So relax and follow whatever country specific instructions your Embassy lists as needed.

So bad news on the letters from USCIS. They both said the same thing and that my inquiry showed my case was being worked on and I should hear back within 45 days.

Everyday is the same as yesterday, 'in 45 days we'll tell you in 45 days.......' 

Hang in there tougher than them, obviously persistence is what it is going to take to knock down that wall.  I'm so sorry........
