For describing the problem I put,
"I would like an update to my case with either an approval or RFE as I have not heard anything since March. USCIS claims to only be processing January 1st cases, but have been approving March and April cases."

 

For describing what I have done to resolve the problem I put,

"I contacted USCIS and told them their case tracker is broken because people that have gotten approval still see their status as received. I have no idea what is going on with my case, but I'm expecting to hear something about it..

 

For stating the assistance I request and the outcome desired I put,

"My assistance is to get an update on my case with the specific outcome being a decision, either an RFE or approval."

I mean, just because you demand it doesn't mean you will get it. It will sound to them like you're trying to jump the line. If I were working for them and I got your request I would laugh. I am sure they are aware of the flaws in their system but have some reason to keep their dates way back and consumer expectations low.

I have a theory.... I THINK one letter is a noa2......   I think the other is a letter of APOLOGY THEY FREAKING OWE YOU!!!!!!!   

Oh yeah, it's uscis and they don't ever apologize............    Back to pins and needles............

Do you live close enough that two trips to Montreal isn't that horrible? I'm close enough to drive but it'd be pretty hellish so I'm debating what I plan to do

No not really! I'm going to take the train to Montreal and it's about 7-8 hours. I am doing the medical in Toronto as there are 3 approved doctors there. Toronto is just a couple of hours from me.
