Thanx!  Hafta admit, best part of catching up was seeing approvals, interviews and medicals.  So happy @Yzabelle successfully completed her SLEC and it's just an interview away from a cold brew at a Cubs game!!!!!!!  Like they say in new york...... Noyce!

Thaaaank you! I'm praying that yours will be there soon! I can't wait to hear the good news from you!😊😊

Hey All! (And sorry ahead of time for this book that you are about to read lol)
I have been trying to stay upbeat and positive about this whole thing and I think it was about a month ago that I had posted if I was still waiting in a month that things could change a bit.. that is the indeed the case. Things are getting real for me real fast (no pun intended). Originally, I was gonna use this really nice shirt/top/blouse, whatever you wanna call it, because it was perfect for a stand in to a wedding dress with a white skirt, but, I have had no luck finding any skirts and definitely not anything white. A friend and I were out on Tuesday ( that's our movie day since Regal plays all movies for $6.41 except 3D, but that's ok, cuz I can't watch in 3D anyhow) well, we went to a different city because she wanted to eat at Red Lobster for lunch lol so we had time in between lunch and movie and went to the mall to see other stores there... the first thing we saw was a David's Bridal. I'm like oh, they have to have white skirts there! So, we go inside and they didn't have ANY skirts! Bizarre! But, they did have a few select dresses on sale for $99.00. I was like, couldn't hurt to look -I should not have did that- lol Anyhow, long story short, I bought one of them and its amazing, was originally $600, so I feel very lucky to have stopped by there and found something that is just perfect just like that and at a great price! My friends and family also think it's just lovely and can't believe the good price that I got it for. My F on the other hand, is sad that I won't share any pics with him lol... which reminds me! How do I share the receipt with him so he has it for the interview without him having too much of an idea?!
On to other news.. well, not so much news, but... you know hehe anyhow, my F keeps telling me how he is missing me and he just wants to be here which is making this so much more difficult for me because now that this extra month has passed, I am becoming very much saddened that things are taking so long and we have these plans with tickets and rooms and the whole 9 yards and what if he isn't here in time?! Like, the depression and worry together just... UUUGGGHHHH. I know I have said it before, but if only I had known when I was planning things that USCIS was gonna be cutting waaaay back. Like, I feel like they could have sent out an email or something! Put a bulletin on their website in regards to this where people are always looking, when you check your case status... there could even be a little side note there!!! Anything woulda been great to let me know .. hey, it could be about a year. :( I seriously missed this when I was doing all of my planning for December.
I have filled out the paperwork to send to my Senator, but have not filled in the brief explanation for the reasoning for the request for assistance part. Any advice on what would be not too much, not too little, but just right? Thanks in advance =)
Also, I just have a couple of shout outs... You are all awesome!
First, I am super happy for all who are past the NOA2 stage! Like seriously, good for you guys and glad you are not part of the group that is left hanging!! You guys are a lucky bunch! =)
Second, to the rest of us in limbo, it is great to see everyone trying to keep their spirits up!
Estibaliz: You rock!  I don't know how you do it, but I know you are behind me and yet you are taking all of this so well and are so helpful to others.. Kudos to you!
AnJ Co: You just make me laugh when I really want to cry... so stop working so much cuz we really need your sense of humor around here!!! =)
dkmfan85: I just wanna say thank you for being there when I reached out to you when I first started this visa process and and telling me about this thread! Also, I think it is awesome the way you are so sweet towards your sweetie and include her in everything you are doing for your life together!
twoDs & TriloByte: Thank you for being the brains in the group and analyzing the data (not always accurate (the data), but you are working with what you've got! <3 it!) and keeping all of us informed with your findings and your thoughts and ideas     from these analyses'!
Together, we have ALL really made this thread something and I can see why I landed here (even though I am technically April filer) and stayed! =)  hehe
Best wishes to everyone and I hope everyone is staying cool and safe during this heat wave!

Aw, you're welcome. Glad I could be of some assistance! It's great to see some of your wedding plans are coming together despite all the uncertainty with adjudication still looming. My fiancee went and bought a new dress for our court ceremony and is also very rude and won't show me. :protest::D. I'm going to see if I can finagle my way into her dress shopping for our "for show" ceremony. I mean, she needs someone to drive her around, right?

On the one hand, taking care of all of these preparations for our future lives together gives us some special feeling and really brings everything down to reality. We will all be with our loved ones and have taken great care to arrange things for the benefit of each other! On the other hand, it gives us those every day reminders that there is something major missing and unknown. It really rubs against our nature as humans, wanting to know everything and have as much control over our environment as we can. It's great to have this great group of people that all understand each other. We're all in this together, well, until I get my NOA2, then you're all on your own!!!! JK. Love y'all and only have the best wishes and hopes for everyone!!

2nd - Aren't these guys we hang with the best???  DKMFAN is my source of hilarity!  He cracks my A$$ up!  He's the guy in Utah I wanna get a few beers with! These guys and gals are just the salt of the earth, Without trilobyte and twods, we'd be stuck for answers.....

We've got a really solid group here in the March Whiners Club. I don't think there's a person here I wouldn't mind meeting. It's a good place to keep that sanity meter running just above empty.

You're welcome. 🤓 I just wish I could have used the code I wrote for longer. USCIS just had other plans to keep us in the dark.

I didn't wait anywhere near as long as some of you have and I was definitely going insane. Like I always say, you all are the strongest people I know. Proud to be a part of such a great group. Just hang in there for this USCIS torture a bit longer and then the next stages move lightening fast in comparison.

Yes, that's what it means. If yours isn't complete then either you don't have a timeline or the date used

for NOA1 in the timeline is different -- or it's the odd case (this comes up sometimes) where when I

copy/paste the VJ database into the program that does this it's not picked up.

The first number is the total number of NOA1s for that date, the second number is the number of NOA2s, and the percentage is the percent of NOA2s issued relative to NOA1s.

FYI your timeline shows NOA1 at 3/7.

So, to me, what I am reading in your timeline is that your NOA 1 is NOT dated 3/2, but 3/7. The DB is also only based on those who have actually updated their timelines with NOA2 dates... this is my guess here. So, anyone who has posted a NOA2 with NOA1 dates in VisaJourney of 3/2, ALL of those ppl have updated with NOA2 dates.

Sorry if I did wrong

my notice date is 3/7 - received date 3/2

Understandable, after 5 months of staring at graphs and charts and spreadsheets proceeding from filling out government forms 129f and 325a - I'd say you have what we all have - eye fatigue LOL
