I don't want you to take this the wrong way, but you almost ruined my night when you said you got an approval.  I was super happy for you, but really dejected about my own situation. Background: There were 6 RFEs all within 10 case numbers of mine all issued on 7/31. One was the case just after mine, so I've been hoping my folder was in what appeared to be a stack of cases that were all worked on the same day. When I thought you got an approval letter in New York today from that date, and I didn't get anything here, my hopes were crushed. Now my hope is restored! I know an RFE isn't as good as an approval, but your case was reviewed! I almost wish I had an RFE just to know someone looked at my petition and it isn't on the roulette wheel still. Congratulations!

He agreed to do an inquiry and my paperwork is already sent to him, as I had it done last week. It may be pointless but at least I don't feel like I'm doing nothing to improve the situation anymore.

My fiance said that today. LOL We are at 143 days since received and 140 days since our NOA1 March 16th. He always checks the mailbox on his way home just in case informed mail messed up. I said to him why bother check every Friday instead and he said but I drive by it up the road to our apartment every day after work. lol

My boyfriend always ask me what day vj timeline said and is change all the time he said look that im going to be with you at the end of this year 😥 i really miss him,  i trying no to check the informed delivery but i cant i have to i cant wait for my day

I've snailmailed Pack3 on this Monday. According to the German Post tracker it's not even there yet (so much for not working trackers on this visaprocess).

Earlier today I stalked on my ceac account for fun (by the way the only online thing of all that seems to work right)... saw "update 08/02"... thought.. "Oh, maybe the letter arrived and the postal tracker is broken."

An hour later I got the email... since then I'm in shock. I almost thought it's spammail... but NO!!!

SCHEDULED MY INTERVIEW FOR NEXT TUESDAY!!!  

I didn't expect that to happen for now, was ready and settled for 2-3 more weeks of waiting until the interview.
I just lost it... all this pressure. It could be over on Tuesday.

In the last few days, we have seen the US Post Office, Canadian Postal Svc, and now German Postal falling down on their jobs.  Seems like NVC is the only reliable agency we have going for us LOL     Good luck Tuesday!!!!!!!!!!!

  We received this in email from our state senator. still no update in uscis saying that we have been aproved though so don`t rely on the website.

Someone said their tracker had a hit on a November case that didn't have an RFE in the past few days. I can't imagine.

Perhaps they did NOT move onto April and backlog all of us........ What's their strategy now?  50% and move on?

I have found that American culture is very much a workaholic culture. Live to work, instead of work to live (except for USCIS 🤣 ). What is it like only 10 vacation days a year normally ? We get standard 25 days over on this side of the pond. We try to do as little as possible, if we can. Preferably in the pub around lunch time, maybe we'll make it back to the office that day, maybe not 😂 haha

 

I am worried it's gonna be a culture shock to me. 😬 

A lot of things will be culture shock on this side of the pond.  LOL

After 9 days of 12 hour shifts, I was absolutely beat down. As predicted, I slept yesterday until 2pm, got up and my daughter surprised me and flew in from up North so we went for food and hit the beach.  Amazing what some rest will do - also amazing what I missed on VJ in the last 48hrs....

Eh you can't really go by the VJ timeline due to the fact its only as true as the people that input their info into the timeline. I ignored it ages ago. lol

Thanx!  Hafta admit, best part of catching up was seeing approvals, interviews and medicals.  So happy @Yzabelle successfully completed her SLEC and it's just an interview away from a cold brew at a Cubs game!!!!!!!  Like they say in new york...... Noyce!
