I know, I kind of feel bad posting news as well. :(

Garyyyyyyy... you almost made it! I'll cross everything I have for you tomorrow, and I bet you'll rock it and will be remembered as the man of the thousand copies and double floors, haha! :)

5 days until I will be in your position. Yet I'm fine, but the rollercoaster in my brain is just starting to warm up! :)

Do you have any plans for your flight yet? Do you have to quit your job, or have you already?
If Tuesday will be good I'll have my last day at the job on Sept 15th, go to Hamburg on 18th and fly from there on 22nd.

So IF I get approved I'll have 4 weeks to finish with everything here.

Haha I've chopped down a forest of 🎄 🎄🎄 worth of paper 📄 lol 😂 I'm planning to fly out beginning of September, I've told them already I'm going to leave my job on August 18th and hand my notice in Saturday morning all going well 😉

Don't worry dear you'll fly through your interview I have no doubt at all

I think 3/31 NOA1 people got a lot of attention yesterday -- a lot of RFE's posted the +/- 100 of my case last night. Super hopeful now!

Sounds about right if they are going roughly in order. On Monday there was a ton of action for 3/28 receipt dates, 7 new RFEs (6 in +/- 10 cases of mine). Then the tracker showed one approval about 30 cases in front of mine on Tues and one more RFE.

Sigh where is mine lol. This is bananas.  NOA1 March 16 just skipped....

Yeah, it seems there are quite a few 3/16s here that seemingly got skipped. It's one thing to have a few days between you and another filer, like a 3/17 or 3/18 somehow getting approved first, but a two week gap for many filers tends to seem a bit more absurd.

We're a 3/13 rx, 3/16 notice date as well.

If my theory on the processing holds, USCIS processes about half the cases each day and them moves forward to the next day. A few days ago when I did the NOA2s by date update I noticed the pattern, which meant that 3/28-3/31 would get most of the attention, looks like that's bearing out. If this keeps going into April, no offense to the April filers, I'm going to be pretty pissed.

At least they're backfilling the January and February people now.

Yes it is. Seems to be no system to this madness. Kinda wish I just married him and did it that way...wonder if that would have been faster...

Less than 24hrs till the BIGGEST BIGGEST ever day of my 43 years on planet earth 🌏 Interview day 😲I feel nauseous,my tummy is doing somersaults 😯 Maybe a slight headache too lol 😂 I'm going through questions they might ask in my mind 😬 I'm making Lisa nervous too now 😅 It might be tougher for her than me she's got to sit at her desk all day today and tomorrow 😲 I'm done with my work for the week, not that I've been concentrating on my job at all 😬,I know I'm in a much better place right now than March filers who are still waiting for NOA2 but can't help the way I feel right now 😉

I know you are going to do great, same as @TearsOfBabylon next Tuesday, but it's normal to feel nervous and excited. You both have the right to do so and then let out a sight of relief once you are approved. You two got lucky and had a speedy process, that's true, and I somehow understand the mild guilt given the current situation. But it shouldn't be that way because your good luck or others bad luck is something random that just happens. So just a small step and we all can celebrate you reaching the final line... At least final for now :P

Good luck to you two!

I wish I could say with any certainty, but I can't. In the last two weeks we've had multiple NOA2s go to four couples with January and 11 couples with february NOA1 dates. If we're like them would could have a month or more to go.

Someone said their tracker had a hit on a November case that didn't have an RFE in the past few days. I can't imagine.

Hello everyone my fiancee called and she was giving our  case number from NVC today and when i tracked it, it says last updated 31/7 and case READY FOR INTERVIEW. My fiancee has not received our latter from the NVC. Will she still receive the hard copy from NVC ? She hasn't received any email yet from the embassy. Please what should i do next.

Our case got to NVC 07/18 and the case number was assigned 07/21 and we have never received anything from NVC. It may be different for your country, but I went ahead and completed the DS-160 form and once the case tracker showed READY I went ahead and sent in Packet 3 to my embassy (Montreal) and they came back with packet 4. I now have my interview scheduled and never have received anything from NVC :)

Yes, in about 2 weeks, petitioner will receive an official mail from NVC with NVC number, embassy where to go for interview. Then, depends on which country, 1 month after official NVC letter, you will receive packet 3 email instruction for payment, packet 4 email after 1 week, to schedule your interview. But usually, you will only receive these email when you already paid your interview visa fee. (probably, almost the same with other countries)

Thank you very much

I'm freaking out a little bit internally. So I got the case number yesterday, and this morning I woke up to 2 emails. 1 that the NVC approved our I-129F, and 1 that the Sydney embassy approved our expedition request. That we never asked for. I did post a whole topic on it, since that's a bit bigger than this thread but I'm just really, really confused. I haven't sent him my paperwork yet, he hasn't had his medical yet, and I'd really like to know if there was paperwork filed in my name lol.

I'm assuming you were included in the new electronic system. I remember when they started processing cases that way, people got that email talking about an expedite none of them had requested. So don't worry, just part of the new processing system. You can now do things step by step knowing everything is ok for you to proceed :)
