At the bottom of the page is a list of offices (including DC). Pick whichever is closest to you and/or the Philly or Pittsburgh ones (I'm guessing they have the largest staffs) and call that number.

Thank you so much. Turns out the closest off is the Northeastern PA office in Scranton. I can try calling, but it's 6pm here. I'll probably have to call tomorrow.

I dropped my privacy act form off to the local senators office. With copies of my case number and timeline.

He said my case would be looked into with the guy who handles immigration issues and to expect a call from him.

I said most likely wont the USCIS just give you the same answers they have given me that they are in the process times.?

He said we can PING the case number to help expidite it and get an update on the status more detailed.

I was very happy to hear that.

So just waiting for the phone call from that actual local immigration guy that my papers were given to.

I will keep my fellow filers posted.

- And another sad trip to the mailbox with no noa2 today.

Hope you get a better response from your Senator in NY then I just got an hour ago here in FL.  Was told they we told it could take another 3 or 4 months for mine, to call back then.

Talked to my Senator office's immigration clerk today in Orlando by phone. He said he sent me a letter yesterday as I asked them for help two weeks ago.  Was told they were told it could take another 3 or 4 months for March filers, to call back then. Said they work in order received, and said that was interesting and started listing a number of cases that was after ours, and many others here so that it impossible to be true. So arrrrrrrr.

Ok. I have a newbie question. What link are you guys using to check for updates besides the USCIS website? It seems like there is access to some database on here? Someone also mentioned some app? I filed in March and my patience is out the window like many people here. Any assistance would be great. Thank you!

I contacted the senator closest to me, but it went to voicemail, so I left a message. I'm calling them back tomorrow. Literally, I'll just keep calling until I get in touch with someone. I'm feeling confident that we'll get our NOA2 this month, just persevering.

I'm still waiting March 10. 145 days waiting. Just called USCIS And spoke to Tier 2. Same bs. Only thing different is that they have double cases from this time last year. More applications than workers.

Pick the senator that's more local to you. That's what someone on here told me.

Yeah, I called them today myself and spoke to a tier 2. Person was so monotone and miserable. Not helpful at all. Just told me that they are working on cases in the order they receive them and they are working on January 1st cases. Which is complete BS.

And make sure the office is the closest office to you, since it's easier. I originally called the office in Washington, which will take longer. You want to choose the office that is closest to where you live, but closer to the main city I guess.

Complete BS. I even told them people have went on and have interviewed. Response, we have no control.

Maybe a stupid question but is everyone using their U.S. Senator or their State Senator instead? Or does it not matter?? I'm slightly confused here....
