I'm still in kind of a shock. That was FAST. German efficiency proven again! ;)

According to USCIS tracker our case is "received", and according to German post tracker pack3 is still not delivered.

For the nearer future I'll just avoid tracking stuff! :D

Anyone from Bulgaria around here that just got approved? Lol, app showed an update, 3/28, so just wondering if today it's going to be one of those  (rare) days where the case tracker works... It would be nice to know what they are up to at USCIS :P

That really was fast! And I agree that it depends on the embassy.

Actually, if I wasn't waiting for Eric, I could've done my interview yesterday, that was the earliest date available when I was scheduling mine:)

I guess I was just wishful thinking it might be someone else, but the day is young still, so we'll see... :)

I hadn't noticed @rainbow.sprinkle was from Bulgaria, so this seems to be their approval... which makes me be more cautious about if the case tracker is going to be good today or not.

Again, we'll see... Sorry I got excited, lol.

Considering that you've had a RFE in the way and stuff! Great! :)

I hope they can tell me right away if I'm approved or not. Because if they really didn't receive Pack 3 yet, I'll be put on AP. 
But on the other hand, here they actually don't unlock the calendar for you unless they got it. So confusing. I'm tempted to email the embassy if they actually received it.
But I guess, since it's confirmed and set I'll just go there and see what happens! :)

Well she got updated via her senator, so it's outside the normal channels -- hopefully that means there are in fact more coming.

 

I just made the third call to my senator this morning after not getting the first two returned, and got a human being -- though I ended up in voicemail again, at least it's with the immigration person there and not the general number. Hopefully they do the same for us as KosmicBlues and rainbow.sprinkle.

Just got off the phone with NVC, and I have a case number! My case was approved 7/18, NVC received it on 7/28, and the case number was assigned 8/2, for anyone with similar timelines. It's still "At NVC" according to the tracker but it's something!

Well there is a light at the end of the tunnel, we just got our appointment date, Aug 23rd... 845AM.... I had booked my flight over to Singapore already for August 17th so I will be past my jet lag before the interview......... I also booked his return with me, I know that might be fool hearted without knowing the out come of the interview, but I am confident in Universal truth of attraction, we have been brought together and this process was put before us (all of us here ) as a test of our endurance.... lots of changes and challenges ahead for lives, but the universal truth is what I have held in my mind and my heart thru this process so I took a leap of faith and booked his one way flight so that we can be on the same flight for his POE.... feeling blessed beyond words, and my hope for all of you is that you find your hearts desire and believe........

K-1 Visa

03/09/17 - Delivered at Lewisville, TX

03/12/17 - Check cashed
03/14/17 - NOA1 Text and Email. Case to California office
03/16/17 - NOA1 Hard Copy Received

07/19/17 - Case Number Received I called 3x and it had been

                     also need a Police Clearance from Australia,  he went to school there in 2008 need to prove was not there more than 12 months                           could not prove as it was 3 passports ago... so delay to get police clearance

11/6/17       Status updated to ISSUED

approval 7/19, NVC has not received yet.....
