They are starting updating the case tracker, And finally they updated our case to RFE received after sending the response last 7/5. Hoping for NOA2 really soon. Going 6mos. of waiting this month.

Tired of this waiting game - 153 days in waiting for noa2 - they received my rfe 26 days ago.

Hopefully my local Senator office can get some traction.

I just contacted my senator Bob Casey the same way. I just went on his website and filled in the form with my information and wrote in the comments section the problem. Hopefully, this will give me similar results like some others here.I'm sick of waiting for our NOA2 and just want to move on to the next step.

Well either someone with the US Postal Service or the Canada Postal Service stole my card from my fiance. He sent me a card because he knew I was feeling down and needed a pick me up. All I got was the nice envelope carefully slit open on the left side nothing in it. I am sure they were looking for money and were very displeased to find none and just threw the card away and left the envelope for me to receive. My fiance is soooo mad. So then he sent me a ton of virtual cards stating that they won't get stolen and I said unless they get lost in cyberspace. LOL

You will get them, unless he routes them thru the MyUSCIS servers

You can start calling the NVC to get your case # soon, though!

My fiancé called NVC and got case # today. I tried to check my status online but it says "invalid". My case number NVC told is 3 letters and 10 digit number. Is this wrong?

I'm lost.  Possibly this is an embassy specific thing???

I just read somewhere that calling is better as they are legally obligated to respond for phone calls. my 2 cents..

I will call them if it doesn't get me anywhere. I got this back from him. I know it's automated, but we'll see what happens.

It's late here and I just figured I couldn't call, so might as well email and if that doesn't work out I am definitely calling this week to inquire about my case.
