Hi everyone.

Hope you guys are all OK.

I know it is hard to wait, the depression and everything but you will receive your NOA2 soon.

Well, I was one of you guys who is waiting for the 2nd approval.

We got our NOA2 July 5, and it's so sad that we have to end our relationship now and cancel the engagement.

Now, my only concern is, is there any way where I can cancel the VISA?

Or he should be the one to do it?

Thank you for your responses, and I hope you will be with your loved ones soon.

I am so sorry......hugs and best wishes.

I'm not sure what is going on with RFEs in that date area.  I believe they were instructed to get the March 129Fs run through before doing any kind of RFEs or moving onto Apr - but that was my theory.  My theory was also that today they would resume their normal routine and do RFEs and APR filers.  Just a theory and this week will either prove or disprove me.  However, there are others that I can think of off the top of my head that had RFE's 7/19 7/20 ish.  @cherryblossoms916 is one, @Bannonmh194 is another.

This is overwhelming - and we all are certainly feeling the strain.  Check out their threads and what they have done to try to kick theirs back onto a desk.  Maybe they have some good ideas - least ways, they are in your boat as well and I'm sure they'd like to hear from you as well - misery loves company hahaha :)

I hope you we're right, they should go back and finish rfe's, so we can have our NOA2 really soon. I cannot wait to be on track again.

Good Morning! I encourage anyone who has not received their NOA2 yet to continue to reach out to government officials.  I spoke to USCIS yesterday and this time they stated the obvious...they are not required to handle cases in the order they are received and that it is at the processing center discretion in which cases they choose to adjudicate for whichever month as long as they stay within the time frame.  I said shouldn't you change the information on the website...and he said probably.

seriously !!! so, basically, they just do eeny meeny miny moe ... how unfair

I don't think they realise that peoples way of life depends on it. their "whatever" attitude affects real lives, but I don't think they care anymore, we are just paper files to them.

Yes seriously! I was very upset because like you said ppl way of life depends on it. My clearance at work depends on it.  So that's why I have been trying all avenues. I read everyone's post that are still waiting like me and it sucks.   I let them also know that there are others that have been waiting longer and they need to change their site or provide better customer service.  Even to say it is still awaiting processing would sound better then just repeating the information that's on the site.  I don't know if this guy was new but he was very insensitive and he said that they can do whatever they want with the cases.  I should have wrote his name down.  What would also help is having proof that others are approved that submitted after, but I am sure no one here is willing to give their receipt number.  Something needs to be done about this....I am sure I will happy post once I get my NOA2, but right now I am miserable and upset at this long process. We are just files to them as you said and it really sucks.
