oooohh.. I thought you meant they were I 129F's and it would seem like different people would be assigned to specific forms... and only sticking with those forms.

All the RFEs are for I-129fs. I-130s usually sit around for a year before anything happens to them. Mentioning that was just to point out that my +/- 100 pool is actually smaller than 200 cases. Even smaller since a big chunk of those I-130s were already rejected for using outdated forms or were "improperly filed."

On a side note... I am feeling like even though 4 months has passed since I mailed my petition... NOA2 has never felt so far away as it does now =/ Just seems like it is getting farther and farther out of reach. Can only imagine how those before me feel. Hopefully, with this being Monday, there will be some activity seen =)

I scan about 500 cases around my case number for 3/31 every day and there's only one new RFE logged in there today but it's something!  It was after my number too, so maybe maybe

Nope, a very light day. However we do have a 7/31 NOA2 in the database (probably a 7/28 in reality) for a 2/2 NOA1, and they absolutely deserve to be ahead of us!

 

As I said in my earlier posting, I expect a lot os 3/28-3/31 NOA2s this week if the 50% rule holds (.e.g. USCIS tries to get every date to 50% NOA2 coverage and then pretends backfills happen in order.)

 

At least we're seeing a trickle of activity on older NOA1 dates.

Doesn't it though?  Remember 4 months ago how optimistic everyone was?  Hard to keep the enthusiasm when you have spent 45 days of trips to the mailbox to return empty handed.

 

One thing for sure, those of us left here will really REALLY celebrate when we finally cross that milestone.  I'm glad we have this thread

What is your received date? These apps seem to use your received date so I am gonna take a guess that it is at the end of March?
My received date is April 4th and I just ran a search on my tracker and there isn't anything happening around my case at all... so, if you are with a March received date, you should consider yourself lucky that you made it into the first quarter hehe

Yep! And at least we know that we aren't the only one whose file was lost or fell into the abyss all by itself. If I was not part of this thread, I would probably be sitting here not knowing what to do and totally freaking out that mine had gotten lost or something.

I knew what you were facing but didn't have the heart to break the news. The good news is that you all are the strongest people I know and can see this through.
