where did you saw that? :)

If you do a timeline search on the "immigration timelines" tab, select "K1" and "detailed" results, and then put in 2017-07-15 and 2017-07-31 for NOA2, it'll show all the NOA2s for the last couple weeks.

There are two 7/25s and two 7/27s now, too.

I looked today in the USCISApp and it shows 2 alerts "case status changed" and "case result changed" As of last night at 20:18. However the status still shows case received. Has anyone seen this before?

did you only add the case last night?

if so, it happens when you add the new case number. it's an app thing, i think, not actually an update from uscis

Aw I'm sorry dear! Don't worry, he's right and it will all work out. I have no idea, but is renting a car one-way an option? I imagine if it's even permissible it would probably be super expensive but just wondering.

Well I think the cheapest course of action is to get a one way ticket from Winnipeg to Denver and pay 125 for Pixie to ride in the Cabin with me under the seat. I will need to purchase a carrier that will work but I think this is the best course of action. I need to take her to the vet anyway as she needs her rabies shot and a clean bill of health to fly on the plane. She is 12 years old though so I worry about the stress. I might as for a sedative I can give her to relax her for a few hours because we have a layover most likely. She is curled up on my bed right now and has no idea how much I am stressing although she does sorta as she has been super cuddly. I have had her since she was 7 weeks old. :) She kinda doesn't like anyone but me. Well she tolerates my Mum now after 2 years but refuses to cuddle with her. LOL Although when Chris visited up here we stayed in the basement guest room so not to make her uncomfortable. But when we were in my bedroom and I was on the computer doing something I needed to do, Chris was napping on the bed. Pixie got brave and jumped up on the bed and curled at his feet and went to sleep. She has never done that for my Mum. LOL Mum called her a traitor. lol

If I do it this way. Since I have no job right away I may drive back up to Hansboro, ND which is right by the border and meet Mum there who will cross with the rest of my junk. I might ship a few boxes to Chris in the meantime though. I do feel better this morning after a good nights sleep. :)

Good morning/afternoon/evening everyone. :) Good afternoon to you though @TearsOfBabylon Ha yeah my fiance would probably say the rock comment too.

Well I am assuming nothing in informed mail again today. Fiance usually gets it right about 9am my time however he is usually on the road driving to work at that time so I wait until he sends me the I am at work text to assume that we got nothing again. Day 136 and counting......Its funny now people around here are asking me how I am holding up. OH god I have to hold back tears because I work so hard sometimes during the day to not think about it. I cried at work during my lunch hour yesterday because my fiance said something so sweet and comforting that I just wish he could have said it in person that I cried. I am a very emotional person and yes I do wear my heart on my sleeve. I am one of those people that cries at sappy commercials. LOL This by far emotionally is the hardest thing I have ever done. I sure look forward to closing the gap. Although I know I will miss my family and that will be hard. I am very very close to my Mum(obviously I have been living with her for just over two years) and my sister and I have gotten closer since I moved back home. She lives down the street with her amazing man and daughter. Oh my niece Ella. I will miss her so much although she is almost 12 and reaching the I know everything stage and driving her Mum bonkers. lol But I am glad I got these last 2 years with her. I am saddest though to miss watching my other 2 nieces grow up. Thora is 2 years old and Rowan will be a month old this coming Monday. This weekend Mum, Me, my sister and Ella are driving into the city on the Sunday after I am done work at Noon. Well ok I am driving they are all riding. Both my sister and Mum hate driving in the city. Me I can drive anywhere and I am comfortable. Mum says she always feels safe with me because she knows I read the traffic. Anyway we are heading into the city and staying in a hotel over night. I have met my new niece Rowan when she was a week old but my Mum and sister and niece have not yet so we are going to visit with Caity, Ean, Thora and Rowan. We will also go visit with Grandpa Tupper who is 95.5 years old. He is actually my Dad's Dad but my Dad is not part of the any of our lives anymore for good reason. Grandpa loves Mum. When we were growing up him and Grandma often told us how happy they were that Mum was raising us because we were becoming such decent people. So Grandpa asks about Mum everytime I visit him and makes me promise to bring her with me sometime. lol Anyway I should shush now that I have told all about my family. LOL

Here is a pic of me with my new niece Rowan when she was a week old. She is the size of a 3 month old. She was 10lbs 10oz when born.

OMG!! This is not a drill....MY NOA2 IS ON ITS WAY!!!!!!!!!!! I'm literally so happy I could cry and scream and freak the eff out! I have goosebumps!!!

I have very mixed feelings about posting this because I know there are many of you with NOA1 way before mine that are still waiting, but I'm hoping that it helps others to see I got positive result from contacting my senator. I feel so bad that mine was approved before others because I know how it feels, but I wanted to share so you guys can try contacting your senator also. His office inquired with USCIS on July 24th and coincidentally my case was (according to the email below) approved on July 25th. I can only assume the inquiry prompted them to pull my case and approve the petition. Here's the text of the email I received back from my Senator's office. Took some text out for privacy.

Hello Traci,

I received the below response from USCIS in regards to your case. Good news – you should soon have the approval notice in the mail! Let me know if you have any questions!

Thank you,

Immigration Specialist

Hi March Whiners!

so contacting my local senator and the senator in dc didn't work. I figured, let me try to contact California Service Center through an email..  it wouldn't hurt even though they said they will only reply based on the requirements, i still did it anyway.

When i emailed them, i sounded professional and not whining about how long I have been waiting. Emailed last July 19, got a response this morning.

***Thank you for your inquiry. According to our records, your petition is assigned to an officer and under review. While we are unable to give you a specific date by which a decision will be rendered in your case, you can expect to receive a Notice of Action* soon.

Just happy that it is under review now.

Thank God!

A little more patience.

if anyone is wondering which email address i sent an inquiry.. it is for CSC

csc-ncsc-followup@uscis.dhs.gov

Am also in dc...i was thinking about emailing them as well. Guess I won't be doing that. 4 months n 1week of waiting....ill be getting my approval anything soon.
