I called today, case not received yet, I thought so but called anyway 

We got our approval on 19/07

 

The number I dilled was with 0888 at the end not the one 0700/ no waiting on the line at all.

I will call on Monday/ Tuesday again.

Yesterday I sent e-mail query too No feedback so far

Holy ####### I got my NOA2!!!!  No update on the system nothing! Notice date 07/21. Finally this just made my week 

 

 

some help guys im clueless about what happens next, any links on this site about the next step?

I am glad to see those poor January and February filers are filing getting notices, though,

the wait times for those were getting ridiculous!

Huge congrats!! Try and find the Honduras US embassy website. Everything from now on is embassy specific, and most consulates have instruction on their websites.

Got NOA2 from the mail today!!! thank God! NOA1 was 3/27 and NOA2 was 7/21 (Tracker still says case was received, so don't trust your trackers, guys). Hoping and praying that everyone else still waiting for their NOA2 will receive theirs soon

Back when the delays first happened, it looked like 3/11 and 3/13 were in the same bin, and that processing stopped halfway through them -- there's a pile of them from mid-June.

 

I have a vision that there's a bin with what remains of 3/11-3/13 shoved off in a corner somewhere forgotten. On July 5th, one 3/11 and two 3/13 were approved, and there's been zero cases since then. 3/14 has nothing since June.

 

3/15 has had two recently approvals.

I have very mixed feelings about posting this because I know there are many of you with NOA1 way before mine that are still waiting, but I'm hoping that it helps others to see I got positive result from contacting my senator. I feel so bad that mine was approved before others because I know how it feels, but I wanted to share so you guys can try contacting your senator also. His office inquired with USCIS on July 24th and coincidentally my case was (according to the email below) approved on July 25th. I can only assume the inquiry prompted them to pull my case and approve the petition. Here's the text of the email I received back from my Senator's office. Took some text out for privacy.

I received the below response from USCIS in regards to your case. Good news – you should soon have the approval notice in the mail! Let me know if you have any questions!

We are also : 3/13, NOA1: 3/16. It is very strange to see all these approvals weeks after ours and I am also concerned we might be in a forgotten box somewhere.

Have any of you tried to online case inquiry form ? I guess they will just give a standard, "within processing time" response?

I have tried that, just a week ago though, no response as of yet. Also contacted two Senators, one responded. Got a postcard in mail that said give them two weeks to get a response from USCIS. Also, called tier 2 and they said wait another 60 days as I was way in the normal time frame window as the were still working January.

All evidence is the online inquiry just makes a tier 1 person look up your case number the same way. I don't think I've seen a single report here of a response to the contrary.

 

I called the same senator KozmicBlues did for my case, but they didn't pick up and haven't returned my message.

 

I'll wait until a little later tonight and re-run the by day processing stats, but pretty clearly today the end of the month got more attention.

i checked the tracker today. it says our case was approved and they will send the mail for instructions. im so happy. any idea what will be the next step? any tips? thank you 😊😊
