Actually given the pattern in the VJ databases, I wouldn't be surprised if there's multiple zero total petition days. Especially for July!

It sure looks to me like they batch K1 processing -- you can see it in the issue dates over time. In June something on the order of 1/2 of all approvals happened on just 3 days of the month. My bet is they grab a couple bins mid-month, get them done, then go back to H1s or B visas or whatever.

Quite possibly.

Look at their processing times cross referenced with their "Number of Service-wide Form by Fiscal Year to Date" and it's obvious who they give priority to. The I-129 receives a much larger volume of applications than I-129f and they are reportedly months ahead with those than they are on I-129fs. But we also know that their processing times spreadsheet is bunk as far as I-129f is concerned. I wonder if processing times for other forms/categories are more/less accurate than what we know to be the case with I-129f.

Wow, we think we have it bad, look at the I-130s! Yowsa, 494,000 received, 260,000 approved. Grandpa isn't going to be here for Christmas, that's for sure.

This app allows 3 batch requests per day from whatever case number you input in batches of 20, 30 or 50. I usually do my case minus 51 in order to avoid the error. Just went back 101 cases and no error. For some reason it doesn't like my case or any case after it.

My experience is that happens when, for some reason, there's numbers that don't have a case associated.

There's another Android app that allows to scan much more cases per day (over 1000), even if still not as cool as the iPhone ones. It's called USCIS Case.

If I was you, I would send an email to the Embassy, just to let them know I'm as ready as the case is according to the CEAC tracker :P

Good luck on hearing something from them soon :)

And good luck to all the March filers for a good day on mail and approvals. I remember right when you started getting NOA2's, almost two months ago, there were a couple of great Thursdays, along with Mondays... but of course that's because Mondays come after no-mail-Sundays, so yeah... Anyway, good luck!

Good morning from Germany, fellow whiners! :)

There's really nothing else to say than: Hang in there! Your all waiting day counter goes up and up, and I can't express how sorry I am.
I wish you all strength and light for the awful wait, and hopefully a golden letter soon!

Seems like me and some others were lucky to just slip through the fingers of some caseworker there.
For us it's waiting for pack 3 right now, so I can send the stuff back right away and hopefully get an interview appointment in August.

Don't give up, Whiners!!!
A bucket of hugs for everyone! :)

Oh, and... @pajobra: I know that... stuff thing lol Scott keeps saying "another box of rocks has arrived" once another one of my moving parcels comes. Those are important rocks lol

Thank you for your support!! :) for us left out whiners lol

I hope your packet 3 shows up super soon and you're able to make your move-out deadline!

Good morning/afternoon/evening everyone. :) Good afternoon to you though @TearsOfBabylon Ha yeah my fiance would probably say the rock comment too.

Well I am assuming nothing in informed mail again today. Fiance usually gets it right about 9am my time however he is usually on the road driving to work at that time so I wait until he sends me the I am at work text to assume that we got nothing again. Day 136 and counting......Its funny now people around here are asking me how I am holding up. OH god I have to hold back tears because I work so hard sometimes during the day to not think about it. I cried at work during my lunch hour yesterday because my fiance said something so sweet and comforting that I just wish he could have said it in person that I cried. I am a very emotional person and yes I do wear my heart on my sleeve. I am one of those people that cries at sappy commercials. LOL This by far emotionally is the hardest thing I have ever done. I sure look forward to closing the gap. Although I know I will miss my family and that will be hard. I am very very close to my Mum(obviously I have been living with her for just over two years) and my sister and I have gotten closer since I moved back home. She lives down the street with her amazing man and daughter. Oh my niece Ella. I will miss her so much although she is almost 12 and reaching the I know everything stage and driving her Mum bonkers. lol But I am glad I got these last 2 years with her. I am saddest though to miss watching my other 2 nieces grow up. Thora is 2 years old and Rowan will be a month old this coming Monday. This weekend Mum, Me, my sister and Ella are driving into the city on the Sunday after I am done work at Noon. Well ok I am driving they are all riding. Both my sister and Mum hate driving in the city. Me I can drive anywhere and I am comfortable. Mum says she always feels safe with me because she knows I read the traffic. Anyway we are heading into the city and staying in a hotel over night. I have met my new niece Rowan when she was a week old but my Mum and sister and niece have not yet so we are going to visit with Caity, Ean, Thora and Rowan. We will also go visit with Grandpa Tupper who is 95.5 years old. He is actually my Dad's Dad but my Dad is not part of the any of our lives anymore for good reason. Grandpa loves Mum. When we were growing up him and Grandma often told us how happy they were that Mum was raising us because we were becoming such decent people. So Grandpa asks about Mum everytime I visit him and makes me promise to bring her with me sometime. lol Anyway I should shush now that I have told all about my family. LOL

Here is a pic of me with my new niece Rowan when she was a week old. She is the size of a 3 month old. She was 10lbs 10oz when born.

Our case took a little over 2 weeks to reach NVC after NOA2, but there was the July 4 holiday in there as well

07/03 - NOA2 notice date (shows on hard copy)

07/05 - received email notification with approval, and this is the date that shows on the online tracker which was updated to Approved

07/08 - NOA2 hard copy received

07/18 - case received at NVC

07/21 - case # assigned

07/21 - case In Transit from NVC to consulate

Still in transit as of 07/26

Yayy... CEAC tracker just changed to 'Ready', so I am guessing it has just reached the consulate? I added today's date to the VJ timeline under 'consulate received'.

I know Montreal is a bit slow... any ideas how long it will take to receive something from them, Packet 3 etc? We still haven't recieved any email or anything from NVC even though the case left NVC a week ago.

It was about 3 weeks from the date the Consulate received our case from to receiving Packet 3 via e-mail (after e-mailing the consulate a week before). Packet 3 came via snail mail about 4 days after that for me and about 10 days after that for my Canadian fiance. I would give it a week or two and then try e-mailing the Consulate asking if you can send Packet 3 in to them.
