Congrats to everyone that have been getting their NOA2s, NVC approvals and the interviews! At last the journey for many of the people on this thread is wrapping up!

Unfortunately, we're still waiting (7 weeks now) for the NVC to receive our case. USCIS won't tell us why they haven't sent our case over despite it being approved (NOA2) on June 7....just keep saying it can take 90 days (NVC says 6 weeks), so at this point we're just hoping that one of these days we're going to get an email from the NVC. I also call the NVC every other day and have followed their instructions to have the "NVC Research Team" do an investigation into why they haven't gotten it yet. But, thus, still in limbo.

Guys what's going on over there? It was stuck on April 1st for a while, now it moved back to March 31st and my expected noa2 is moving further away every day. It went from July 14 to July 27 in few days :(

New NOA2s are getting put into the database, and it's from the March filers that have seen long delays -- that's pushing out what VJ computes as "average" for processing time, and that's getting reflected in its estimates for your timeline. It's also showing that CSC is working on older files (as they should be) and that's pulling the date back to March 31.

The good news is that was caused by a big batch of NOA2s, so at least something is happening! The bad news is the wait is indeed getting longer -- but you're not far from March, and we've seen some movement in very late March so it's getting closer. Hang in there!

Yeahhhhh , not really sure what that was about yesterday when the time estimate said CSC was working on 4/1.  No 4/1 was approved to make it reflect that..... digital optimism perhaps. :)

Funny thing about your estimated timeline - Yes, it is disturbing to watch it slide further and further out into the future.......

It is greater disturbing to watch it stop sliding and remain in the past with NOA2's peppering all around you

Hang in there.  Yesterday was a good day here.  There are still some 150 to 170 day NOA1's waiting with us..... But every approval is one closer to us
