My VJ Timeline said that my case will be adjudicated between July 20-26. How accurate is this? I can't wait to get an update from USCIS.

Right now, not very accurate. We're seeing a lot of variation with the March NOA2s. However, because you have a RFE, it's much more accurate than it would be without.

I posted some links earlier of March filings with June RFEs and July NOA2s, so they're definitely getting processed and having a RFE means your file is in play.

USCIS seems to be really, really bad at updating online case status right now, but you have the right change (RFE/RFE answer recieved) to see an update. It looks like that's the only status that gets updated these days.

Also was your case really tranferred from the TSC to CSC, or are you just using a lockbox? Because that will mess with the VJ estimates.

@KULtoATL Did you receive a packet 3?

The file attached is the one emailed to my fiance.

Do we have to send anything to the embassy beforehand (some people here are required to do that) or hand everything in on the interview? Let me know how it goes with you.

That's what I received directly from the embassy.

If you still need extra time to gather most of the documents pending issuance, then I wouldn't suggest you to schedule your interview first. Otherwise, you might rush like crazy and risk not having the required documents on your interview date.

However, you can complete, submit and save the DS-160 confirmation page followed by the fee payment beforehand. Once you are almost done with document collection, you can then schedule your interview online and save the interview appointment page. You need to forward the DS-160 confirmation page and interview appointment confirmation page to KLIV@state.gov. The remaining required documents should be hand carried to the embassy on your interview day.

Please note that you need to allow 2-3 weeks prior to the interview for the medical checkup and medical report issuance as it would take between 10-12 working days as per the clinic. The clinic only operates Mondays to Saturdays but Saturdays are half days. On top of that, the x-ray would be done at a separate location, roughly 10 minutes drive or Uber ride from the clinic itself.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Hi Peeps,

Please could you submit  the link or the phone number you were checking your case at NVC?

I went through the posts here backward but cant find any, on VJ looking by NVC topic i found some old posts and links are not ok. Is it mandatory that petitioner needs to call NVC or beneficiary can call as well?

Any hint would be much appreciated :)

People waiting for NOA2 good luck hope today is your day!
