Since you brought up ages, that's one of our concerns, as we have a pretty big age gap and that's not common with US/Canadian applicants and thought that might be a flag.

We spent 140 days together in the US the first year of dating but we've been apart except for a brief visit to Canada a month ago, so you'd think it'd look like a legitimate relationship but the ways of the USCIS are a mystery to us.

Im 31 canadian and my fiance is 44 American   weve been together 3 years hopefully age has nothing to do with it.

I seen a canadian noa2 posted today they had the same noa1 date as me and got their noa2 july20     makes me excited - oops that was already spoken about haha had to catch up on my reading🤓

I saw that as well, both of your NOA1 dates are a week after us, but it's nice to see some movement on Canada finally!

Hello my fellow March K1 friends;  One of the big days is finally here ... I'm in Santo Domingo for my fiance's visa interview at 7am tomorrow!  Please cross fingers, toes, arms, legs; say a prayer; do a dance!  We'll take whatever we can get.  I don't think I'm going to sleep at all tonight.  One thing is certain: there will be tears tomorrow ... either tears of joy (and relief) or tears of despair!

hola best wishes to you, my fiance was flighting to DR today but got sick at the aiport and will arrive tomorrow.

we dont hve our noa2 yet, we are witing.

i wish the best at the interview and happy life together.

What happens after receiving the NOA2? Should I be receiving communication from the NVC soon?

VJ has this excellent flow chart and yes, you should hear from NVC but you can do like many here have done and call them first to get a head start on things.

We wait! It gets sent to the NVC! There they give you another case number!

https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx

should be able to use that to track the new number better? Haven't heard reviews yet!

NVC sends it to your consolate, and then they send you package 3! You send that back, they send package 4, you book interview, you get approved, you move, you get married! Badabing badaboom

When I was already having the engagement ring made, I was recommended a "mom and pop" custom jeweler by a friend. They did a really nice job on rings for he and his wife, so I might check them out first.

You got it! Been a fan since I was about 12, which is only about a year or two from when they got together. Finally got to see them in Boston on St. Patty's Day a few years ago. Amazing show.

I bet that was a hell of a show, especially on St. Patty's day. I remember getting the Gang's All Here in high School and being hooked. I've seen them a few times, but once was after a hockey game, and the acoustics were terrible. They are actually playing here in a few weeks with Rancid and Bouncing Souls, but sadly I won't be able to make it.
