Same received date here, no NOA2. Contacted my Senator's office but the aid I spoke with said he is likely to get the same answer I have already been told. He was really nice though and said he is happy to inquire anyway so I sent off a privacy notice. Can't believe we are almost at 4 months of waiting!! :(

I think someone with a notice date of March 28th got approved, but haven't heard of anyone else yet.

Same here too bringing up the tail end. Still semi-patiently waiting. Feeling optimistic about this week though.

Sent: March 24th

Received: March 28th

NOA1: April 3rd

Seems to be a few ppl hanging out in the April group waiting with the same dates also.

So happy for everyone who has received their NOA2!! Hopefully USCIS gets their act together and the NOA2's keep coming in. I've been trying to distract myself from this agonizing wait by focusing my energy into more productive things. I wish I could say it makes this process easier, but it really doesn't! haha. The only thing keeping me strong is that I'm going to visit my fiance in 39 days. Sad that it seems impossible now for me to attend his interview during the time I'm there, but at least I will get to see him soon. Anyway, happy Monday March whiners!!

P.S. if you have Wordpress please feel free to follow my blog!! I've made a few posts recently about being in a LDR :)

The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, answered "Man.... Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived."

I pushed my NOA1 date to April 3, my notice date, rather than March 28, the received date. I've still seen conflicting information from VJ and other sources. Some other sites say USCIS goes by receive date, and others (VJ) say they go by notice date. It put my estimated adjudication date to this week. When you run a scan and examine the cases in numerical order, they do go by receipt date, which gives credence to the claim that USCIS goes by that date. In the end, I guess that's not really important. It will happen when it happens, but I wish you the best of luck as my NOA1 twin!

No informed delivery email today. Day 133.

Only 5 out of the 19 applications that day don't have NOA2 listed, and two of those appear to be abandoned accounts.

It's just us, our fellow Canadian filer pajobra, and one from Indonesia. We're been scratching our heads wondering if there's

anything in our pasts that would result in a background check delay. We both have globally unique full names with just a

few first/last name doppelgangers of wildly different ages and locations, so it seems unlikely there's any confusion.

I keep going back and forth on mine as well.  My case number shows up as 3/31 on the My Case Status and app tracker, but my notice date would put me at 4/5.  I haven't even seen an approval for 3/31 though, so either way I'm sittin tight.

My first and last name are very common but my middle name is not so I know that will help with my police record which I should hear back from this week for pick up. *crosses fingers* However my fiance Chris(Christopher) has a very common first, middle and last name. I bug him about holding us up because he is so common. He always laughs and says that's me common and boring. To which I say pbbt! He is far from boring in his almost 50 years of life he has had lots of experiences but I in my 39 years of life have travelled more. He looks forward to travelling with me. :D

Maybe I shoulda been/be hanging out with April so I don't see all the NOA2's that have come and getting so excited for something that is clearly going to take awhile lol. As I have said before, yes I want him here a long time ago, BUT as long as he is here by Dec 1st and intended wedding date, I am good =) So, I am ok with waiting a bit more because hopefully once it is approved, things will fly from that point!

Since you brought up ages, that's one of our concerns, as we have a pretty big age gap and that's not common with US/Canadian applicants and thought that might be a flag.

We spent 140 days together in the US the first year of dating but we've been apart except for a brief visit to Canada a month ago, so you'd think it'd look like a legitimate relationship but the ways of the USCIS are a mystery to us.
