Our NOA1: March 6th,

RFE:  June 6th

Submit REF: June 26t and we got NOA2 a week after that but the case status still received our ref.

So no worries, your case will be approved soon.

[snip].................The most interesting thing is that on July,20 th my fiance called to USCIS and he was not told about the approval. They said that they are working with petitions on January 2))) So do not waste your nerves and time to call there...........[snip]

Irony.  or maybe Ironic......  I believe that is the word I'm looking for....... How is it that Lying to immigration is the unpardonable sin yet they lie to us with out any remorse, and demonstrably daily.  Or is it the reason that the Tier 1 'gatekeepers' are contractors hired to take the brunt of angry citizens so 'technically it's the contractor lying and not immigration'.    ...... but I'm not so sure that the word I'm looking for is Irony or Ironic.     Maybe the word is 'Erroneous'

I was using your post as a launch pad for my soap box :)  Your comments are an example of what many others also claim.  However, 'Official public information' sounds very scary to me.  In spite of what the truth is, the official public information says different.

As you can see the reality is not so terrible as official information :P

This is why government collects taxes, because any other service entity has to satisfy its support base in order to remain solvent. It's a lot easier when you can just take money whether you do a satisfactory job or not.
