You're just mailing forms, e.g. a letter/express mail envelope? It's been a while but typically it's the "CN22" and you stick it on the outside and just put $0 for the value.

hello everybody here, i hope next week all us get our noa2.

i dont know what happen with march received date 17, they forgous, i am march17 filer and no noa2.

GOOD NEWS IT IS THAT MY FIANCE IS VISITING ME NEXT MONDAY HERE IN DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, I AM SO HAPPY.

I HOPE WHEN HE BE BACK FIND THE NOA2 ON THE MAILBOX.

It got me too. Ours is nowhere near so fancy. Basically just a form letter with the bar code at the bottom.

I had pneumonia, 2 years ago. :)) That was March 2015. My Pulmo advised me to go thru 6 months of PTB medication, April-September 2015. So that my pneumonia will be treated. I'm still confuse about what happened but I let it go😂 Well, they said if something show up on the xray, like haze or abnormalities in the xray, they will put you through sputum.. Even those who has a history of PTB, and already treated, if they seen any abnormalities except for a dot, they will put you to sputum.. :)) i hope my xray will show up clear 😊😊 

i'm not trying to scare you, but can i ask if your fiancé's pneumonia has already been treated? If yes, she doesn't have to worry anything..

Hi guys! My fiance found NОА-2 in the mailbox a few hours ago! The date of noa 2 - July, 18th.  Yippee! The most interesting thing is that on July,20 th my fiance called to USCIS and he was not told about the approval. They said that they are working with petitions on January 2))) So do not waste your nerves and time to call there. It's useless! 
Patience to everybody and speedy approval!
