Thank you for shared statistics! Please do this from time to time.

Can you clarify one thing - noa1 date is received of notice?

Also where are taking this data from?

It's the notice received date (listed at 1st NOA on the VJ timelines) however we're dependent on self-reported VJ user data

so there's probably some variation. Also not everyone that starts a VJ timeline keeps it up to date, so we'll likely never see

100% across all dates because of that. If I go back to records for year ago, only about 75% are completed through the visa,

so some of those 75-80% reported days could be 100% without complete reporting. Since ours is a 3/13 NOA1, I can say

with confidence that the 3/13 date is less than 100% :(

The data is from VJ. If you go to the "Immigration Timelines" tab, and click on "Timeline Search" you can put in K1 visas,

the dates you're interested in, and select "detailed results" and max out the number or results, and then copy/paste the

output into a spreadsheet. I went through a week at a time on the NOA1 notice date.

My main motivation was to figure out how "different" our K1 case was, and how far into March USCIS was processing.

Day 131 here and nothing in today's informed delivery.

Ok, I see.

Thank you!

Day 131 for us as well and no nothing in informed delivery.

Frankly speaking I'm not expecting anything earlier day 150 due to this long pause in approvals.

So just keep on waiting.

Three NOA2 have been issued for the 28th. While this data is available looking it up on the timelines pages, I was curious and did some crunching of numbers last night. This should be mostly correct.

You can see that quite a few dates through the 14th have about 3/4 of their applications approved.

I actually dot-plotted every app and there is a trend line that decreases over time, as you'd expect if they process older applications first, but it's not a clean plot at all.

Date % with NOA2 # Apps #NOA2
2017-Mar-01 68% 22 15
2017-Mar-02 71% 7 5
2017-Mar-03 60% 15 9
2017-Mar-04 50% 2 1
2017-Mar-05 0% 1 0
2017-Mar-06 75% 32 24
2017-Mar-07 76% 17 13
2017-Mar-08 80% 5 4
2017-Mar-09 47% 19 9
2017-Mar-10 22% 9 2
2017-Mar-11 70% 10 7
2017-Mar-13 74% 19 14
2017-Mar-14 75% 12 9
2017-Mar-15 56% 18 10
2017-Mar-16 46% 24 11
2017-Mar-17 33% 9 3
2017-Mar-20 33% 27 9
2017-Mar-21 30% 20 6
2017-Mar-22 60% 10 6
2017-Mar-23 56% 9 5
2017-Mar-24 43% 7 3
2017-Mar-25 100% 1 1
2017-Mar-26 50% 2 1
2017-Mar-27 29% 14 4
2017-Mar-28 27% 11 3
2017-Mar-29 38% 13 5
2017-Mar-30 0% 3 0
2017-Mar-31 0% 9 0

I also did this for a few of the major countries with a lot of applications. The results were a little counter-intuitive, part of this may be the timing of the applications, but some countries are clearly getting a lot more attention than others. In particular March applications for India, Nigeria, Ukraine and Vietnam all have  2/3s of their NOA2s approved, and USCIS must hate Mexico:

Australia	63%	8	5
Brazil	61%	18	11
Canada	58%	19	11
China	50%	6	3
Colombia	33%	9	3
Dominican Republic	36%	11	4
Germany	40%	5	2
India	67%	9	6
Japan	57%	7	4
Mexico	20%	5	1
Nigeria	67%	12	8
Philippines	46%	81	37
Russia	50%	10	5
Ukraine	67%	9	6
United Kingdom	50%	28	14
Vietnam	67%	6	4

I hope this clears what we should be putting on the timeline.  I myself have kept going back from Receive date to then notice date.  It is not the Receive date.....Please put in The Receipt date that is on there that will be later then the Receive date.  they Received my petition on 3/21 but the Receipt was 3/27....so my official NOA1 is 3/27

Question does the number 18 understand March 15, 2017 means the number of approvals for that date?

A day after taking the privacy notice to my Congress Representative's office I received an email asking for one from my fiance. I thought that was odd as she is obviously not a citizen.

Yes that is strange, my Reps office didn't ask for one from her. But I have not heard anything back from the staff member.  I might hear something on Monday.  I'll keep you posted

I put received date.... after all this I can not add any more days. Lol!  :jest: so in my timeline will remain. Even in the tracker, it's based on the receive date. And the days reflected are corresponding to that date as well.  It's March 10 and I'm sticking to it!  Lol

Medical was moved from Tuesday to Monday! :D that's two nights from now. Hihi. They said it takes 2 days before getting the result.. I'm just gonna cross my fingers I'll get it done for just one day. :)) I am a candidate for sputum but hopefully no more abnormalities will show up on my xray other than the very small dot that the RadTech couldn't see.. 😊 :))

Will have to travel to Manila tomorrow afternoon or night by bus for about 6-7 hours😂 will be at the hospital I think around 12 midnight or until 2am. :))

Goodluck and hang in there to those who are still waiting for their noa2s! :)) As well as those who are waiting for the case number! And to those who got an rfe, just try to look at the bright side.. at least they touched your case, and it'll just be an easy fix..

To those who are planning to have their weddings in October, I think you guys will still make it! You will still make it in September to the US! I'm sure your NOA2S Will come before this month will end or maybe 1st week of August.. At least prepare for the plan B now..

hang in there everyone! Everything has a reason.. :)) Even I myself is expecting 3 months of delays. :)) In my countRy, if there's an abnormality, you have to wait 3-4 weeks for the sputum collection due to the slots per day, and after the sputum collection another 8 weeks! :(( That's how it is over here.. God has a plan.. And I still have hope that my medical will become successful :) But I'm also prepared for whatever result it is 😊

Goodluck everyone! Keep praying ❤️

Who determins if you are a candidate of Sputum?  My fiancee will have her medical in the future in Manila.  She is worried about it, even thou I tell her not to and it is typical to worry.  She has never had TB or STD's (thank God. ahahaha)  only thing she has was Pneumonia about 8 mnths ago and I tell her she is in fine health not to worry.  I told her they are looking for communical and terminal diseases not simple stuff like Pneumonia in the past.

lol....if you put notice date to your timeline it will reduce from lets say 125 days to 120 days....might make you feel better to think..."oh...I'm still within average timeframe"  ahahahaha  But I know what you say.....the USCIS tracker when you log into site puts received date...yet VJ tells you to put Reciept date because it is when USCIS submits it into there computers for the countdown to begin.

NOA1: 03/28

NOA2: 07/18

Congrats on your approval. I am a little bit jealous okay a lot jealous but very happy for you.

My fiance was out clothes shopping today. Him and I are currently working on losing weight and eating healthy. Him because of his diabetes and me because I am quite overweight. He was sending me pictures of him trying on shorts with a size 36 waist saying what about these do they look okay because he said he needed my input. I just started bawling my head off. Its so hard not being with him right now.

As for my losing weight its going alright I lost 2.5 pounds this week. My first goal is to lose 33lbs although I do have to lose much much more than that but I am doing it a step at a time. I walk at least 3 miles Mon-Sat and on Sunday I rest. It seems to be working pretty good. :) I feel a lot better and have more energy than I have in a long time.
