Omg, I don't know  what's going on USCIS....but my God  will make a way.  I've been having emotional breakdown for a week. I can't stop myself form  crying at work/home/bus. I miss my baby so much. March 15 is my received date & March 22 is the notice date. Am still waiting

USCIS changed the processing date back to Jan 1. What's that all about?

Some news from a very tired German weirdo!

Got up at 3am, picked up a close friend for moral support, left here at 4am for the 3,5 hour drive to Frankfurt.

Got to the clinic, got a wristband saying "USA 1", which meant I was first (holy crapples I'm so  happy we left that early; others are sitting there for hours!!!).... was a nervous wreck, shaking and blabbering pure nonsens, forgot my wallet in the car, forgot my own adress lol .... BUT....

MEDICAL EXAM IS DONE AND PASSED!!!!

I couldn't be more relieved! My lungs are fine, nothing in there!

One step closer - now I can really start looking forward, and start selling the big furniture here.



Now it's 8pm, I'm still up, worn out and dead. Gonna take a shower and hit the hay... with a relieved sleep knowing of being healthy!  

Aside from ur lungs, what else was checked?

i just don't get it. i see loads of people after our NOA1 date get theirs. USCIS website states they process them in order received, what BS 

I know, it hurts. Our dates are almost the same

What a joke. So has anyone called the USCIS office and been told they're processing Jan. 1st petitions now since they rolled back their dates? "But I called three weeks ago and you said Jan. 15th. What's the deal?"

Funny thing is that he came to me at a point that I wasn't looking, so I thought that he was the one. I know very well your feeling about meet someone and then when you get feeling they werent looking for a serious relationship, i got tired of that.

I'm gonna call USCIS tomorrow, this is getting pretty aggravating. I'll probably just get a standard response but who knows, it's worth a shot. Plus my mail has been all sorts of messed up lately, and their online tracker obviously doesn't work. 😒

I just wanted to come by and let y'all know I received my NOA2 in the mail yesterday with a 07/13/17 date.. Although I'm not going through with it anymore, I just wanted to give someone a boost of motivation that their still giving out NOA2's even if it's at a tortoise's pace.

Still no NOA2 for us either. Still doing the mantra of Tomorrow is a New Day! Yesterday I went to my local RCMP office to get my criminal record check. She thinks that because my middle name is so very unique that I shouldn't need to do a fingerprint one. She said I should have it next week and they will call me to pick it up and I pay for it then. She wasn't sure of the cost. So that's one thing off my list. My fiance Chris is working on the I-134 right now and will snail mail me that soon. I already got my copy of our I-129F because he gave that to me when I was there a month ago. Chris was having a tough day and I reminded him that God will make sure its sent at the right time.

I have a daily ritual of being very optimistic all day and checking the mailbox and then wanting to tear it off of the wall. I still have roughly 3 hours until I will check my mail today. I am hopeful - Maybe my replacement sunglasses from Amazon will be here today, or my hat from Fanatics, and of course something from USCIS.  It would be nice if there was some semblance of a working system with USCIS, at the very least they could withhold taking payment until they start working on a packet. At least that way people would know when it was being worked on.

Tried contacting someone who handles immigration in my congressional district and he basically just told me what USCIS says on the phone, except 3 days later.  Said I could submit a letter of medical hardship 

 

Thanks to everyone, who's waiting for NOA2, for posting here.  The worst is to feel like everyone else is well on their way, but it's just you who is stuck.  I come here to lessen my anxiety about the whole thing and it really helps.

 

Really hope we all hear something this week. <3

Yup, we're all stuck. Some are stuck a bit longer than others, but a rush of approvals yesterday compared to the previous two weeks gives me some hope!

Other good news is that NOA2s have been received by people with NOA1 dates up to 3/29, so pretty much anyone could receive theirs any day now. Best of luck to everyone, and may your packet be picked in the seeming game of March filer whack-a-mole!

There's three April and even one May filer with NOA2. There's a UK filer in the database with a 2017-05-22 NOA1 and a 2017-06-29 NOA2. 38 days.

 

That's a military expedite but it still stabs my heart knowing USCIS can kick ### when sufficiently motivated and our waiting over four months isn't sufficient motivation.
