hello. whiners. i dont know if theres still a lot of whiners Left in here..

i dont know if im asking this question in the right thread,or if you know a thread can somebody share it?

heLping someone with this problem. and shes a little torn right now..

so here it is..

-she just found out that her F has been married in his home country before coming into the US. but he said he entered in a single status. (he earned his citizenship through naturalization) and he's never been in a married status.. But they were divorced already. the bad thing is, because the F dont want to remember that past he didnt declare it in I-129f.. and thought it wouldnt matter..

Now she's worried about the consequences of this situation.

hoping somebody can help. Thanks in Advance..

It will get denied at the embassy during interview.   You need to get it on there.  Not admitting to any past marriages will be found in background checks. Its is one of the top 3 reasons for denial. Look it up on youtube.  Top reasons K1 visa's get denied. Hope this helps.  Not good news and not what you were hoping to hear, but at least what to expect. God Speed.

Same here. Day 123 for us. Every day we March filers are setting a new record for the longest NOA2 waits this year.

I've been tracking all cases for Canada since the start of the year, every NOA1 through 3/11 has a NOA2 (and there's only one person from 3/11 who doesn't, who is on day 127 when the other two cases from that date got their NOA2s a month ago.) We're 3/13. This wait is insane.

Crazy isn't it. If only we could be a fly on the wall in that service centre to see what they are doing :P

Keep us informed with your statistics, I like it ...

I've been doing a scan using the app Case Tracker, for the previous 80 cases before mine, and it hasn't changed.

4 approved, 22 rfe and 54 untouched. No change since last week.

Not sure the case tracker works really well. I have seen loads of NOA2s, but still says "Received" on the tracker. Just got to keep an eye on that mailbox. Fiance signed up for USPS informed delivery, so at least we know in the morning and don't have to wait for her to get home from work every day ;)

Yeah, every time I get an email from USPS I am excited, but when I check nada.

But some times USPS informed delivery fails to report some mails, so there's still luck.

I guess physical mail comes first than web/email update...

PRESIDENT OBAMA STILL IN WHITE HOUSE, ACCORDING TO LETTERS ISSUED BY CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION

I knew USCIS was slow, but sheeez!!!  These guys are really REALLY behind the times.  They do nothing fast except extract cash out of your bank account.

If you look over the past few weeks of NOA2 reports in this message, several of us have asked if the case trackers have been updated for them and I don't think there's a been single case where USCIS has updated the case status to show the NOA2 has been issued.

At this point I think it's more likely you'll get a letter in the mail before seeing anything on the tracker, which seems pretty broken at this point.
