HI everyone received my case number from NVC still no email yet. To check the status is it under non immigration also do you type the inv number?

Good luck to everyone who is still waiting!!!

You have to check under Immigrant, and I think you use the case number, not invoice one (because everyone says invoice number is useless :P).

Congratulations!! :D
We have the same NOA2 date, and our case is already at the NVC, but still no number. I hope we'll get ours as well! :D

Thank you😜

You can ask your fiance to call early in the morning, time when people at NVC arent busy yet. I hope you get yours next time you call!😃

Hey all!
So I had taken a break from this site because I just wanted to stay busy and keep my mind from focusing on this too much, but when I see that my estimated processing date keeps getting pushed back farther and farther and is now at the end of July and after reading some of the posts on here (It's taking me forever to catch up on posts and am currently on page 372 lol but I could not wait a second longer to post this) I decided to find out how to get my state senator involved. I went on to Google and long story short found the info I was looking for, made a call because I wasn't sure if I could contact by email or if they wanted an actual letter in hand, the lady who answered told me that all they could do was call and see where my case is and if it is there. She was not the senator, just the person who answers the phone. She said if I wanted her to do that, they would. But, here is my thing... with her attitude, in my opinion, them calling would be the same as me calling... so, how is that any different?! I told her I didn't think it was right that the fees for this process went up by a lot in December and now everyone is just waiting around while they aren't doing anything. She said that was just my opinion and probably not the case and told me again what they could do. The call was frustrating and felt like a waste of time. I just kinda felt like if I could let someone know now, that it might be helpful later on so that they would see the problem is ongoing. But that lady on the other end just didn't seem to care too much.
So, question... do I waste my time contacting a congressman when I feel like I would only get the same response?
Not only has my estimated processing date been moved back, but my number on Igor's list has not really changed much in some time.
I'm not really stressed but lately I do get sad on my 30+ min drive home because it is so late at night and I can't really call anyone to talk to someone that late so my mind starts thinking about this stuff especially when I hear certain songs lol I used to talk to my F on my way home, but since he got his new job, his hours are total opposite of what they were and now he is working when im driving home =(
But yeah... hopefully they start touching the K1's again soon because we did not pay so much money for our cases to just be sitting in a pile and not being touched! That is what makes me annoyed about this. If they were being touched and it took until the end of July, that would be a different story. But, it just seems like they aren't doing anything with ours.

If the staffer from your congress member didn't say anything about sending you some form to fill out with DOBs and names, then they would likely just call Tier 1 and get the "we are currently processing Feb 15" line. It is really frustrating that many of these people have absolutely zero regard for the people's lives and futures they are messing with here. It's as if we're nothing but ATM machines for them.

She said I would need to fill out the privacy release form so that they could, but still, I really feel it would be the same response from USCIS CSC that would be given to me.

Correction: It's not useless; you need it for the DS-160 :-)

Dear March filers, has anyone had any NOA2s today or yesterday?

3/13 sent-3/16 received dates here, just checking to see if anyone else who's waiting on USCIS has seen any progress <3

i saw two noa2 july 07 updates yesterday on the timeline list, but havnt seen any with a noa2 dates later than july 07 yet. The two people who updated seemed to have gotten it a week later than the other july 07 noa2s. I see they are still process noa1s/cashing people checks though. im hoping they start producing new noa2's dates by next week.

I've called myself a couple of times, at different times of the day, and I never was on hold longer than 5 minutes. I was afraid of waiting lines for 30+ minutes! Lucky me in that case! :)

Thank you for crossing the fingers! :)

Yeah, agreed..  it would at least mean the case didn't get lost.

Well, hey, thanks for responding, it's good to know we're not alone. :D
