According to VJ, the average processing timelines decreased a couple days from 104 to 102 so it's started in on April NOA1s (if u choose to believe it). Good news for those of us that skirt the line between March and April. Crazy tho when theres still soooo many from a pretty good chunk of March sitting with no news. Makes me believe ppl really aren't updating their timelines accurately if at all.

in panic mode...     anyone know with kids...   How many passport pictures are needed  for  medical and  interview?  for  me   and   each kid

Because i see on   document it says  need  6x   but  not  sure if that is  same for  kids too  and if thts  only for the  Interview  or  all total medicl included..

Try both. Maryland Senator's assistant got back to me the same day and sent the paperwork off the same day.  I think DC will move just as quickly I even wrote to the California Senator because that's the state processing my case.

This is based on NOA2s that have been issued. The average is actually accurate!

 

The problem is NOA2s have virtually stopped being issued -- once they are, everyone in the back half of March is looking at wait times of at least 120 days, and that's going to push the average way higher. So we can predict a rise in that chart based on the current absence of March NOA2s.

 

Even as it is, from that chart you can see NOA2 delivery times have doubled in the past six months from under 50 days to over 100. I just did an average for NOA2s delivered in the last two weeks of June and the average wait is at 108 days.

It looks like NVC is not accurately entering date of birth of the beneficiary.

You will get it soon! We had the same feeling. I never thought it could effect me so much but I hardly managed to stay patient and do my everyday things. I was praying to get RFE insted of that silence and we got it. Lol.. So you just wait for NOA2 and you will get it. Btw our RFE was so.... They asked if my fiance had any issues with law.. He never had and brobably our lawer missed this part in the petition. Good luck you guys! We (those who got approval) understand you very much and just remember that everybody gets it here!

You need the same amount of passport photos for each foreigner you are bringing over. The requirements are the same for the beneficiary and the beneficiary's child or children.

We had Luis' medical last week while I was there - he is a good healthy Peruvian!   He picked up the medical packet last week....AND his interview is TOMORROW!!! Ahhh I am going to be super anxious the next 24 hours!!

Thank you!!!  I can't believe it is interview time - literally one month since our NOA2 notice! 

I hope you get your NVC info soon so you can get that medical out of the way!!!
