Just spoke with the nvc and was given nvc case number and invoice number from them. Nvc has received my approved petition from uscis. 😊😊😊😊

We got our case number, it was assigned yesterday! Yay!!!

Btw, the best time to speak with nvc is b/w 9 30 pm - 11 pm (Eastern standard time) and press 1 then press 7 and the waiting time is just 2 mins. It took me only 2 mins to get all my info

Got the notice they're sending the RFE. Bummed but hopeful it's just a simple logistic request. Any other experience?

Thank you, your thoughts and prayers mean so much right now and are appreciated. It hasn't been easy however, being a really small part of this group has made it a bit easier and I thank you for that 🤗

Bummer  But at least it's something, huh..

 

May I ask, was it a physical letter only?  Are you able to see the update on the website?

 

My dates are very similar to yours (3/13-3/16) and having no news at all is getting hard (I really feel for those who've waited even longer).

better than nothing right!! Glad to see they are working on them still...you will have to tell us what the RFE was! (if you would like to share )

We have the same dates - 121 days since 'sent' date and their best answer is an RFE  

Be sure to keep us in the loop as the reason for the rfe

So today all I got was the notification they are sending it. I tried calling the USCIS customer service line and although they were super friendly, they aren't authorized to give specifics over the phone. I should get the actual physical letter next week. I'm sorry about the no news yet. It's seriously the worst wait!!

I'll keep you posted. Should get the info next week. Crazy because I'm actually in Mexico in the town my fiancé is from so having to coordinate from abroad is super fun.
