ya I think that's what I'm talking about except I have it on android.. same idea. but mine only allows next 20/30 or 50 cases and only lets me check it max 3 times a day.. I already kind gave up on it.. I just like how it counts my days since I applied for me HAHA

I just had a look at the same thing on the iphone. i did the max, 500 cases back (before our case number) ... and it goes all the way back with all the same received dates, so they get a ton of cases on the same date :o what a job to shift through all of them ....

I am not going to worry about it anymore other than just wait. coming up to 4 months now, will worry when we reach the 5 month mark.

Good luck to all :P

doesnt really add up seeeing  how many March filers got  Noa2 allready unless they went back to feb  cases  that had  RFE  and took some time to reply the  rfe..  I dont know..  all weird..

I think they put the "latest" date they are currently working on..  that have not yet been notified (RFE or approval) and that they are also working on some newer ones too. I would hope there aren't any older than Feb that havnt been contacted yet! but it looks like there may be.. so I have no clue where they get those dates from!

Thank you!

Sorry to bother you guys.  I thought I was on the February 2017 filers page.....

Oops.

Good luck to all of you! I hope everyone gets to be with their loved ones soon!

You're not a bother !!! its good information for us to know that there are still unapproved feb filers out there (since we are march) we may not freak out as much! LOL thank you!

They're saying February 15, 2017 but also saying it's "as of" May 31, 2017. So if we add a month to both, you get 3/15 and 6/30. It would explain the March NOA2s being mostly from before 3/15 (In reality before 3/12 mostly.)

Nevertheless something changed a lot for filers after 3/11 or so. I've tracked every Canadian case in 2017 since ours is for Canada as well, and every non-RFE case was resolved in under 117 days, with half the cases being done in under 92 days. Nearly all the March file from Canada that don't have NOA2 have taken longer than the longest issued NOA2 this year.

I noticed (again, this is Canada specific) that over half the NOA2s issued in May happened on just two days -- 5/18 and 5/19, and there was a similar burst around 6/15, though much smaller. It sure looks like USCIS is batching the files rather than working on them case by case, as before May the NOA2 dates are far more spread out.

I agree, it's all weird.

talking about time i read this on internet:

''Unfortunately, the processing times are already out of date the moment they are published, making it very difficult for applicants to get the information they need.  All of this means that customers have trouble figuring out where their applications are in the process, and may have trouble getting assistance from USCIS on long-pending cases. It also means immigrants, their families, and their employers have difficulty planning ahead, making it hard for families and businesses alike. In addition to working on processing applications faster and more efficiently, USCIS needs to rethink how it calculates and publishes processing times.''

Hi and thanks for asking. It's complicated actually, he had a court hearing in June I don't know what the outcome was. He has another hearing in September it's the final one. His family doesn't speak much of what has happened and there's many different stories. It's really very frustrating at times. For the most part my fiancé is good. I'm still trying to find a lawyer who will help me but so far nothing. I'm hoping the one I spoke to on Saturday will help us but then again I don't know. The court system in the Middle East is so so different from our own. I'm guessing because my fiancé is a foreigner to that country is why we have yet to find a lawyer who will take the case. He is Egyptian working in Abu Dhabi, UAE. It seems quite the norm to take a natural born citizens word over a foreigner regardless. I have not spoken to him since May 21st. I pray that the court will release him in September but really I won't know anything until I have a lawyer. In the meantime I've been educating myself with their justice system. Last week our paperwork was sent to embassy in Abu Dhabi. I'm hoping and praying for a positive ending to all this. For now there's not much I can do but wait and pray.

Thanks again for asking I hope soon I can post something more positive. :D
