Oh, we did, we put a requests, write the congressman, the senator... next is the infopass appointment, schedule for next week...
We call every Monday and Friday.
Is so frustrating!!

Did you get a response from them? Sigh this is crazy. Maybe try to get your local news station to follow this story. I know it is a bit extreme but I would do it for love most definitely.

We received a letter from the congressman saying he will look at it... that was last week. Nothing since.

We have better days than others. But we are reaching the desperation mode :(

I would contact him again or her. Just keep fighting. It Is hard for me not to get disappointed when I see someone else getting approved after my NOA1 it really sucks and it is not fair. All cases are suppose to be handled in the order they are received and if they are you should know why your case is still pending action by now. But they aren't and that's why something needs to be done.

There was ONLY one approval for April, completely random, like past mid April received date.

Maybe that's why people usually says they are working on April... Though we know that's not the case, sadly enough ;)

On here. I am not sure if it is accurate. It would be easier to file complaints if we knew the receipt numbers.

Received NOA1 on 27th June, currently living in United Kingdom I’m looking to move back to Australia with my parents during this waiting process how would I go about that like for the interview and stuff because we put that London would be my local embassy. How would I change it to my local embassy in Australia which would be Sydney? Would the process taking longer to do this.

I believe it would, but not sure how much longer.  I know @geowrian had to change embassies after sending the petition.  He might be able to provide some insight.

In case anyone was wondering where they come up with the January 15th date... It's complete nonsense and 2+ month old data. I suggest saving yourself the headache and time of trying to contact Tier 1, because this is all they are going to tell you, and this is the same line they've been giving since April 30th.

USCIS01.png

They actually have the updated date on the bottom of the page but it is still complete bull.
