Ok I do understand the stress and things but depression I have had that its way worse than this. Besides that you have your NOA2 and yes they messed up the birthdate but NVC has your case and it just needs to be fixed that takes an extra few days. Lots of us aren't even at that stage yet. I would be jumping up and down if I was at that stage but instead I am in the it will happen when it happens stage and everyday is a new day!

Actually i wasn't just referring to the case number. That is not just the problem..

Good morning everyone happy Sunday..I'm a March 2, filler, received date March 6, approval date June 8, NVC received date June 22, Consul received June 28, my fiancee received the packet 3; July 5. The visa paid July 6, I had to wait 24hours after paying the visa fees to schedule my own interview. On the July 7 I scheduled the interview for July Monday 24. For some of us it the process moved faster then expected. Those who waiting on their noa2 stay positive....once it come everything move very quick. If everything went well at the interview my process will take 4 months and 22days. On July 31 I'm planning a trip to my fiancee country.. hope fully she will have her visa in hand by then to fly back on with me. And I did all the paperwork by myself. Therefore paying a lawyer really doesn't make a Difference. Some people's who end up paying lawyer or immigration legal services end up getting RFE while some of us who did the paperwork ourselves end up with no RFE and process went smoothly. Good luck to those who received their noa2 and stay positive to those who still waiting.

well my fiance has a simple idea: just go to Las Vegas get marry in  Elvis's chapel, go to Disnaey world for honey moon and then when i have the green card come to my country and celebrate with my family.

My fiancee and I are going to do the courthouse thing with just my immediate family and two other couples that are close friends shortly after she arrives to get the ball rolling on the rest of the process. Then we plan on having a "for show" wedding in November. Found a flexible venue that only requires 2 weeks notice for a date change if we can't make the reservation, but I'm feeling fairly confident with our November date.
