Thank you, @pajobra Love your picture too. Also very proud on how well you two are handling things. Tell Chris to hung up, it will happen soon :)

@TearsOfBabylon Your comment about the gaps in the toilets doors made me laugh. So true!

And don't complain about your Embassy stage process :P It could be worse, you could be me. I can't have my medical until I have my interview scheduled. I can't schedule my interview until they authorise me. They won't authorise me until I send them all the documents (birth certificate, police clearance certificate, ds160 confirmation page, passport biographic page, i134 along with all the support documents). I'm not allowed to send them that until they contact me first. Oh well, good I'm a bit OCD so all the steps give me reassurance.

Regarding driving and traffic, I have to say drivers in Utah are exceptionally polite. Vegas was completely nuts, but in our ride there we found only 4-5 ###holes playing slalom :P

Haha, nah, I'm not complaining! :)
We both have the same stuff to do, just in different order. My paperwork is the same. For pack 3 they require the i-134 + belonging documents, biographical page of my passport, my criminal records and my birth certificate... and the ds-160 + paid fee.

I'm so curious if I can make it to fly out in the 2nd week of September.

Have to tell my landlord that I would like to get out of my apartment by 31st of August and hope that she'll be ok with that and not force me to keep it until Sept 30th.
But I'm still hesitating to make things "official"...

@Adry2017: CONGRATS!!! :D:D:D

@Yzabelle: Feel hugged big time! I bet it's gonna be fixed easily and you can go on after the weekend! Like Estibaliz said... you've waited so long, don't worry about these few days! You're strong and you'll rock!

I just sent them my passport biopage and birth certificate. I only took a clear picture of it. I just want to send it to them right away. I don't know how long will it take them to correct it. :(( So i have to cancel my hotel reservation. Good thing it's only one night. :(( I feel so down and don't wanna go to work

I hope everything goes well and that they will be able to work on it and set your case number. :( worry not.  everything's gonna be fine, girl. :)

@TearsOfBabylon

I know you are not one to complain :no: Still it's cool you can have your medical whenever you want after getting your case number from NVC and it's a walk in. I wish I could do that too, because I'm pretty sure that's going to delay me a bit, though I guess a week or two don't make much of a difference. I just want to be done, honestly. One of those days :mellow:

Second week of September doesn't sound impossible to me. Do you know how long does it take usually to get an appointment for the interview from your Embassy? I guess that's going to be one factor that can affect your plans. I'll guess you'll be able to know as soon as you send packet 3 and they reply to you... which should be along this month, hopefully.

 @Yzabelle

That sounds like a good plan to me. You'll have to go through all the stress of the medical and interview yourself, so maybe not that bad of an idea to let your fiance be the one following up with NVC, if you can't wait until getting their letter or it takes too long. We love USPS Informed Deliver around here! :rolleyes:

@DalilaAdnan Never off topic. I too hope she's doing fine, although being the big stalker I am, I took a look at her profile just yesterday because I thought of her too, and it seems she keeps visiting. So hi to her :)

Hi March Filers, I am also a March lurker and have been patiently waiting to hear from USCIS... I just heard yesterday from them that I will be getting an RFE soon :mellow: but I'm just happy they touched me case. I don't know what the RFE will be for, but when I get the letter I swill definitely need your help to make sure I get approved ASAP..

Thank you all, and your stories and support have been so inspirational through this long wait:)

NOA1: 10 March

RFE1: 6 July

P. S. i will update my timeline soon! Thanks to all the March whiners :jest:

As a fellow RFE receiver I'd be happy to help. Rfe's have a bad reputation but in reality are no biggie. They touched your case and you should get approved soon after you send your response.

I know. :(( I took a day off from work today because I don't know if I can handle all of these stress.. These past few months I have been trying to hold on and be positive. Right when i heard when they said that they couldn't give it to me, because they made a mistake i started to cry.. I even told my fiancé that i don't want to go through this process anymore. He said he will tale care of it and that we will always stick to each other's side no matter what and we will still be together for good. :((

Poor you, it must feel awful to be delayed because of their dumb mistake...

I do hope it doesn't take long to correct it. Time flies (even if it feels like it crawls sometimes), and you will be with your fiance really soon!
