Day 114 since our NOA1, still nothing. I'm starting to worry. Yesterday my boyfriend called USCIS, they said they are currently working on cases dated January 15. What a bullshit. Our statistic told us we can be approved between June 22 and June 29. Sucks so bad, I just wanna cry.

I'm having a nervous breakdown already. They couldn't give me my case number because they said the date of birth did not match. :(( I don't lnow what to do with this already

I've seen that happened to other people from previous months too. Don't freak out. Scan your documents and send them the email ASAP, as I'm sure they instructed you.

It shouldn't take that long to fix and you can always call them to make a follow up.

Did you have your medical scheduled?

I just sent them my passport biopage and birth certificate. I only took a clear picture of it. I just want to send it to them right away. I don't know how long will it take them to correct it. :(( So i have to cancel my hotel reservation. Good thing it's only one night. :(( I feel so down and don't wanna go to work

I'm sorry you had to cancel, but I'm sure this will cause a minor delay. Try to relax for the weekend, I'm sure it will be sorted out by next week. What's a few days after all the waiting?

Yeah, I know that doesn't help much, because sometimes when you are feeling down words seem empty...

:(

Hugs.

I  called the  NVC again today,  my case was sent to the Embassy as of today! WI was warned things move quickly after the  NOA2.  I'm not certain of the process,  but I  believe that my fiancée should receive some paperwork.

Can I ask what I should use as my NOA1 date.  I got my letter on March 30th.  Do I use the date they recieved date March 21st or the Notice date on the top right that says March 27th???

Nothing to worry about you are still in the time frame for processing. And the approval dates are just a figure that they work out from those that fill out timelines. I am pretty sure 50 percent of VJers do not fill it out so it is not accurate at all in my opinion. I am at 112 from notice and 115 from received and my fiance may call if we have not received our noa2 by day 130. I am not particularly worried about it. It will happen when it happens. 98% of petitions are approved.
