Спасибо большое! I'm sure there will be questions once we receive our NOA2 and prepare for the medical exam and interview. Hoping that scheduling is able to be done in such a manner as to take care of both in one multi-day trip to Kiev.

You are very welcome!

Though I'm not quite aware of everything after noa 2 (we haven't got it yet 😔) I live in Kiev so can be helpful somehow.

It's definitely possible to do everything in one trip, even for me with two not so little monkeys. Just make sure you plan some gap between the medical and the interview, it used to be possible to get the results of the medical on the same day but not any more.

I've heard it's best to plan for the interview two days following the medical at minumum. In some cases, people still get their results in the afternoon following a morning appointment, but it's safer to plan on getting results the following day unless other lab tests are pending for TB. My fiancée has a week of vacation time from work to burn, so that should be plenty of time.

A week will definitely be enough.

I've also heard some people say the results usually come in 1-3 days but they cant promise anything before 5 days.. so I would book one week as well (that's my plan) (better safe than sorry)

Hoping for NOA2's for everyone this week!!    113 days and counting!!!!   I am not tooooo inpatient yet (I just want an NOA2 so I know my file didn't go missing LOL) and a little inpatient I guess :) (hehe)

Past the NOA2, everyone has a little bit different adventure. I think the medical center website for Ukraine actually says they have a 24 hour turnaround time or suggests waiting 24 hours for results, but I haven't looked for a few months. I probably should refresh my knowledge now that NOA2 is hopefully upon us!!

oh yes I forgot not everyone goes to the same place (OOPS - haha) 24 hours would be amazing!
