I don't understand why they even pay people to do Tier 1 support when they could set up text to speech robots to read off the outdated information from their website. That's all Tier 1 does is gives exactly the information from the website and insists it is accurate while everyone with their feet planted in reality knows it's all nonsense. All it does is frustrates people and causes problems.

Essex is fairly close to Lake Placid (where the winter Olympics were held twice) so it has a lot of ski areas and resorts. Same with Vermont, and i actually learned to ski cross country so I'm kinda excited to start loving winter! 

You will miss the sandy beaches for sure, but you can spend summer holidays in your country.

 

My fiance always go to Vermont every winter to do snowboarding. Hopefully we can meet someday😄

Sorry to sound dumb, but what are those tier 1/tier 2 things?....I have seen it mentioned everywhere, but still weren't able to figure out what the difference is exactly...

As the time goes by, I find myself more stressed about NOA2 lol I was really stressed in the beginning, and obsessed with checking VJ, then I calmed down and was completely chill until about last week, when it hit more than 3 months mark. Now I'm back to obsessing over VJ, case tracker, informed delivery haha So many scary "what if" thoughts come to mind! 

So happy to see how much faster things tend to go after NOA2 for everyone!

I guess you can say it's just a rank thing. Tier 2 are superior to the officers referred as Tier 1, therefore they have access to more resources and information.

For what I've read, you always get to talk to a Tier 1 first thing, and then it's to their discretion to transfer your call upon request to a Tier 2.

No guarantees, but you can always give it a try.
