Awwww your guys! <3

You are more than welcome to be impatient, since you stuck with us here and were encouraging everyone so good!
So - WHINE! :D
You're due soon, I have a good antenna for your NOA2 :)

Aren't they sweet? LOL

Nah, I'm mostly fine. I don't feel I have the right to be impatient yet, since still a couple of weeks since it's my time... theoretically, since there's so many still waiting here. But of course, that doesn't mean I don't want to be done with this waiting part :P

So hope you are right, but we'll see :)

Today is exactly 3 months from your received date.  We got our RFE on the 89 day, just a day shy from our received date. They should start touching April cases any day now!

Day 86 since NOA1, 91 since received date. Believe me, I'm counting daily :P

It's not impossible, but it seems unlikely to me. March has still a good bunch of petitions to be worked on, so I can be patient for a little bit while :)

I'm planning on not complaining much, whatever it might happen, but sure you'll be able to tell when I'm doing so ;) Not for now... I'll be content seeing more approvals around here.

USCIS doesn't have a system unfortunately, so while they are working on March cases now, there are still January and February cases that are not touched. I'm not sure why that is, im reading more and more that cases get stuck on security/background checks which kinda gives me hope that people are not waiting in vain and their cases are not in a box somewhere waiting to be reviewed.

I know, I've even seen someone recently stuck on background checks since November, so no way to know what might happen.

Not much anyone can do about it, I'm afraid, since they have their system... even if it's hard to understand and kind of unsystematic

So only one approval yesterday, if I'm not mistaken, and it was via email/case tracker...

What's happening with your mail? Come on, March Whiners! You can do so much better than that ;)

I remember other Thursdays being good on mail and good news, so I'm hoping to read a lot of happy posts from you today, OK? :)

Yeah, well... I guess now it's when I'm starting to get just a tad bit impatient for them to start working on April. But you can't blame me. Have you seen those two cute sad faces? :(:P

Aww, they are cute indeed:)

Soon their faces will turn into happy and smiling, I'm sure!

I called USCIS and they told me that there is no way anyone is getting approved for March because they insisted they are ONLY working on January cases. I was furious...Knowing this is a bunch of lies. How is this allowed? I want to be approved already so I can live happily ever after.  They also insisted the process takes exactly 6 months and I have 60 additional days, on top of the 112 days I have already been waiting. I have two active background checks, I do not believe this is the hold up. I wish there was a accurate way to track these cases. But USCIS said the ppl on this site is lying and that the trackers are false........LOL!!!!!!!! I didn't know if I wanted to laugh or cry. But I am not pleases with their services.

You should try to talk to their TIER 2. :)) The one you talked isn't really that reliable. :)

Has anyone here booked an interview with Montreal yet, and how far out did you have to book it?

You can look it up here: https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/general/wait-times.html/

It says it's for non immigrant visas only but it'll give you some insight on it.

Thank you! I read on VJ they are taking 2-6 months but that link you sent is a bit more optimistic :)

Their whole support system from the tracker to phone support is completely useless and a waste of tax funds. Better to just sit back and do something enjoyable than deal with it and get more frustrated. I plan on trying to catch my representative when she's in town (she's a neighbor) and have a chat with her about my feelings with this stupid system. Not sure if there's much she can really do, but it will feel good to vent.

You're lucky to know who the representative is. I try not to be frustrated but when I see everyone else getting approved I called and she gave me that crazy answer. But yes it is good to vent. I wish there was a real system, process and tracker to all this. Their generic answers piss me off. Should not be allowed. Giving false information. Sigh.
