Just read this on the January Thread.......

 

'Anyone else being told the system in d.c. is down and embassies are not able to print visas now? This is what we were told at the interview. We were approved. But the system glitch disallowed them to print any visas. Do ask so you can arrange travel accordingly.'

 

Wow, what else can slow down this process?

ok . i saw this in uscis website. What does it mean they are still on January 15th? And is the interwiew soon fter Noa 2. I read so much stuffs and get confused

Don't even go the USCI website all it will do is frustrate you, it is so far off it is laughable ........ the statistics on this site are far more accurate and even then its is not totally, but I called a tier 2 and they repeated this date over and over again, it has not been updated since April 30....... be patient and stay positive, out of the blue one day it will arrive in the mail, but the frustration of figuring out the USCI website and its purpose for that document is just useless , have faith in the universe and think positive..... if the power of the universe wants this to happen for you it will...... love always finds away.......

Thank you  im so stressed because on part 2 where my fiance was supposed to write the city and counrty of the embrassy where i will have my interview he spelled the city "Sophia" instead of "Sofia" which i found last week cause he visit me and gave me copy of all the stuffs. 

Second thing that stress me is i want very small beach wedding. We choosed Florida cause is warm all year round but still is cold after October. And we are invited to a weddin on September that i want to be there so much by then... and all that waiting is  just killing me.

I've come over to Texas on a B1/B2 visa that I got last year and I didn't get asked any questions. I brought all the paperwork with me just in case they asked for it but the pending K1 visa was not mentioned

I'm sure it's not a big deal RE the city spelling. If the country is stated, I'm sure they know what he meant  Don't stress over that too much!

I just talked to a girl I know and who had her interview just today. The CO told her, she'll receive her passport with visa via snailmail within 10 days.
So everything seems to work normal!

 Hope So, because it seems the January filers have had more than their share of things to deal with..... especially that agency that we shall not mention its' name LOL

 

Hey! Today is Monday and there is US Mail today!!!!

It would be really, REALLY COOL is the older pending cases got cleaned up today......  Those that are 120 plus days especially

 

Here's to another week filled with Hope!

Maybe that will be cleared anyways until we're due for printing.
Since there are thousands of visa printed everyday it might be in their interest to have that issue fixed very quickly!

Beyond frustrated. I am not on day 108 and have not heard anything. I have called and received a generic answer that the California Office is still processing January cases, but on here, ppl that have submitted cases after mine have already received NOA2. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?
