2. If they met within two years

We missed a couple of boxes but not the ones your friend missed. Ours were self-explanatory as we provided evidence for the boxes we missed (have i traveled to the US-yes and provided my I94 and tourist visa, marital status - single never married) but we got an RFE for a passport style photo of the petitioner. We just got approved. 

 

I'd say, based on what I've read here that the boxes they missed require an RFE, at least I'd expect one. But again, we got approved although we had missed a couple so as they told Todd when he called USCIS, '' it's up to the discretion of the officer working your case'', so you never know. Best of luck to them.

Thank you! I will tell her that.. I have a feeling she will have a RFE since USCIS is strict when it comes to IMBRA. But I'm praying that the officer that will check their papers is not that strict and will just let it go.. ;))

Got my approval today in the mail, the USCI website still has it being processed and I did NOT get an email or a text message, I did get the us mail notification of what mail was arriving so I knew yesterday something was in the mail.... I am feeling blessed and I am optimistic about the rest of the process, this is the most difficult wait I have ever had in my life I think, I am praying for all of you ...... it does happen, just have to leave the USCI website alone it is badly broken and for myself I found it very frustrating to keep going there and even today it is not updated, so sad they can't maintain the official system...... Patients is a virtue that is truly tested in this process...... good luck to all of you still waiting I am sending you all positive energy for a good result

On March 29, 2017, we received your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E)..... thats what myUscis says. Hoe to have change soon.

My fiance spelled my capital wrong in one of the papers so idk if this is a big deal

There haven't been approvals reported for your received date yet. But the case tracker is not working anyway, so keep an eye on your mailbox!

Yesterday (July 1,2017) my fiancé  was calling me saying he reveived his informed delivery with pictures on it the letter from what he believe is a USCIS letter, so Im like OMG i wanna see it, send me the pic asap ! 😂😍 , and really it was a letter from USCIS. But we have to wait until afternoon because he's still at work that time. So yeah, I waited for 8 hrs more 😂. 

 

Afternoon came and its the moment of truth, a lot of things flash before my eyes, A LOT OF WHAT IF's! We were on skype that time and we were both nervous and excited to see their decision(so yeah the US GOV hold our future together)

After 103 days ! Finally 😍

 

But whats 103 days for a lifetime? So, all the filers and hopefulls out there, you just have to wait, its on the way😍 Keep the faith, Pray hard and keep the love tighter 😘

I feel like I'm overprepared, but I've got basically all of the documents I need to send Nick ready (minus employment letter and bank statements). What has everyone else been including for proof of relationship? I'm basically including everything I sent with the I-129F (pictures, proof of meeting) and then call logs (for Oovoo) and selected Facebook conversations since that's basically all we do. I'm hoping it's enough! For my case,  the online case tracker says it was received the 22nd, but I got the letter the 28th and I wasn't sure which date to put on there. I saw a 21st and a 22nd in here last week, so I'm hoping maybe my approval will come this week or next week! My birthday is on the 9th so it'd be a nice gift.
