Exact same happened to me today.  Luckily I work at the post office so I asked my carrier to check and it was the approval letter!  03/21/2017 was our NOA1 date and NOA2 is dated as 06/25/2017.

He's using ParcelHero. He said it's only going to take five days to get here, which surprised me.  I can let you know how long it actually ends up taking if you like.  And he's actually doing both - shipping boxes and bringing extra luggage.  It's adding up to quite a bit!  Sigh.
