On Feb 27 we sent our application and received date March 2. We really are going through a very hard time and need to be approved. It is really frustrating we even cannot check the USCIS website. Please pray for us. and hope everyone else the best of luck

Boah, now I did look at the Igor's list. There's a JUNE filer with NOA2 already.
Hard to believe, that'd even be fast for expedited case. Either a miracle, or a typo :)

heh heh heh,  seeeeee?

How many of the other timelines are not accurate?

I feel you!  I'm already checking the mail box every day with a sort of pathetic hopefulness. I so want to be on the early side of things but the way the system works is painful!

And like others have said, the stats on this site are based on user entered data. The stats are just that, stats. You take one data point alone and it's meaningless, but an aggregate of all points becomes useful, but not accurate by any stretch. It's meant to just give us a rough idea of what to expect.

Yeah, you're right.
And on top of that, VJ members are only a small group of all visa.
BUT... I think for the majority on here the VJ timelines are at least showing a little trend about where they're working right now. So it's fine.
If I would not have found this page I'd not have a clue that we might get a letter soon.
So it's fine!

Yeah, that it does, and depending on a person's personality, knowing when they MIGHT get a letter has been witnessed to help some and hurt others. Some on here have a hard time accepting that they are not an average when the letter does not come. :D The average NOA2, for example, is 105 days, but for me, it was 125 days.

Yeah, I agree again. It's a personality thing, which I can understand.
I've got friends who are devastated once their significant other is on a job trip for two weeks, while I'm sitting here pretty calm yet, although I haven't seen Scott since January.

125 days are a lot though... I guess I'd start to worry if they lost our paperwork.
Did you wait it out or tried calling and stuff?

I called USCIS about 5 times, NVC twice and wrote my congressman. I can't say that any of that helped or hurt my wait but was approved 7 days after the response to the congressman. I was losing my mind TBH. Checking the mail each day only to see nothing over and over had a bad effect on me. I don't like the wait, but I can deal with it. It was the complete silence from USCIS that was having the negative impact on me.

Hello March Whiners! I just checked my case status and it says my case is in transit to the Consular Section. I still have no idea when exactly did NVC receive our case so I still can't update my timeline here.

I'm done with my DS-160 and will pay the fee tomorrow. I'm also planning to get my medical done next week but still thinking about waiting for the letter from NVC or US Embassy before I proceed with my medical.

Praying for everyone! Hope we all get through this! 🙏🏻😘

NOA1: March 6th

NOA2: June 9th

NVC: June 23rd or June 26th

In Transit: June 27th

Just come to SLEC Earlier ate! I wish we could come together 😊😊😊 Goodluck on your medical!

yep, was just thinking that...

No one got good mail today?????

I can't help but wonder, what if the uscis site isn't giving correct info and my notice (RFE or NOA) is lost in mail.  I guess a NOA lost in mail is better than an RFE lost.. Scary to think about it
