But there's no K-1 Visa listed?
I was puzzling that like "If your NVC Case begins with.. AND your category is blabla AND you received..."
Or am I wrong and it means every single box for itself as an option?

I have been seeing this over in the Feb thread.  I think NVC is starting to transition to this for K1 Visas now. Hope it speeds up that step for some!!

No. It goes all together as one option. The first box is the 3 letter indicator of each country and I just thought SYD was Sydney since his fianceé is from there. I don't think I'm making any sense right now. 🤣

Hi Guy's,

Here is our rfe attached. We are confused what they need more? We sent so many pics and airline tickets. Do you have any ideas? My fiancé thinks we sent too much and they want one egsact proof

We intend to send the stamps from our passports pointing at the same date initiating we were crossing the boarder at same tame and same place. And booking from vacation.

Did you send dated pics on your first application? I think you should try to send dated pics along with the passport stamps or tickets. And if you have hotel check-in receipts, you can add them too. And a copy of dated conversation from planning about the trip. I couldn't think more of evidences. Those were only the proof that we sent.

Greetings are there any NOA2/ approvals from the California service center?? Or Nigerian Approvals. I have called twice just emailed the California service center and even when I ask to talk to tier 2 they give me the same information as the internet. I am just curious why do they say the cases are worked on in order ... Lies I tell you lies ... Any suggestions for my next step??

Most photo shops can print out your digital photos with a time stamp embedded into the photo if there is any doubt about handwriting the dates.

Hopefully we will get an update this week. Just signed up for the informed delivery yesterday and it seems to be working. Can't wait to see USCIS on there.

Yes, we have the same received date  March 15. Hopefully we hear something is week or next.

We intend to send the stamps from our passports pointing at the same date initiating we were crossing the boarder at same tame and same place. And booking from vacation.

The strongest evidence are items with names, dates and locations that put you and your fiancee together. For example, I sent copies of all of my boarding passes showing my flight from my city to the city where my fiancee lives. I sent photocopies of my passport showing my arrival/departure from Ukraine. We took a train together from her city to another city and back, which also put us together as the train tickets had our names, dates, carriage and seat numbers placing us with each other in the same cabin. I highlighted important information (locations, names, date, times etc.) and wrote brief descriptions of how each piece of evidence was relevant. Photos are only considered secondary evidence. I sent photos of us in front of known landmarks in the two cities we were in, and also with her family. One was actually her and I in front of the arrival board in her city's airport.
