Has anyone else noticed that the CSC K1 processing time keeps getting longer?  When I first submitted my 129f about 3 weeks ago, the VJ stats showed they were "processing" around 81 or 82 days ago.  Now they're up to 91 days.  Does anyone know if VJ's estimate shown on our timeline updates automatically based on these increased processing times, or if we need to do something to 'refresh' it?  I don't recall what my VJ Timeline estimate said initially, so I'm not sure if it's changed.

The visa journey timeline is just based on the recent averages of everyone who is updating their timelines on this site.  It is not official and is just there to give you an idea of when it *could* be processed based on others using this site.  USCIS seems to be behind right now, so people are waiting longer, which will push back your estimate.

Yes, I'm well aware of how it works, as I tried to express with my references to "VJ Timeline" (not a USCIS timeline) and "VJ Estimate" (not a USCIS estimate).  I was pointing out to others that based on VJ processing time statistics page, CSC seems to be on an upward trend (increased by about 10 additional days so far just within the past 3 week period).  So if the current trend continues, I'm thinking it's more likely we're going to be seeing our NOA2's in July rather than June.   If someone has a different interpretation of these statistics, I'd love to hear it :)

Are you are saying that the estimated adjudication date on my timeline updates automatically based on current statistics?  I wasn't sure if that changed/updated automatically, or if that was only calculated when doing an update to the timeline.

Oh sorry for the misunderstanding!! But I do Think it does get updated based on current statistics because I'm pretty sure mine originally said may 7-13 or something like that and now it says the 17-20.  But then yesterday a handful of mid January filers got approved so who knows the method to USCIS madness lol

I remember when we just submitted our petition first thing in the month and it felt like it's a long way to go. Now March is coming to an end and April is coming. After that it's May and estimated adjudication in June for us March filers. Just thinking about that gets me all excited!!!

So your fiancé is currently not in Norway or are you there visiting him? :D I want to visit my fiancé and his family but I'm quite afraid that I'd not be granted an entry so we'll just put the money towards my airtickets when my K-1 is approved (hopefully!).

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

My fiancé is Swedish and lives in Norway.  I visited there for 9 weeks over the holidays.  I am back in Missouri now......so sad....He will not try to visit here until he gets his visa.  Hopefully we can be married in September!! Nice to have support from this group as we are all playing the waiting game......Thank you!

If all goes well and CSC is not backlogged, then your wish to be married in September might just come true  Thank you for keeping all of us company too.

Are you far from Springfield? I spent 3 months there for an exchange-internship program a long time ago!

Cool! I did go to Kansas City for a 3-day event under the program before moving on to our base in Springfield. What a great college time memory :)

How did you like Norway? Those 9 weeks with your fiance must be real awesome!
