Are there any petitioners in the US  military? Or any beneficiary having their fiance in the US military? 

I'm asking this in regard to the I-134 form and its requirements. My fiance said papers he requested from his workplace for the K1 visa process provide all the information a 1040 and W2 do.

Good morning from rainy Spain!

 

Hoping to see lots of March approvals this week, starting today, since Mondays are good days for mail. Including long anticipated ones such as yours.

 

Yeah, I still want them over with you so they can move onto April. Jaime misses me! Apparently he likes to rub his chin against the corner of the framed picture of me on the nightstand  (I know, he's just a cat, he doesn't really miss me, but I cried when Gary told me that, lol).

Hi @AnnieBee. My fiance works for the Navy and these documents are what I request him to provide for the I-134 form.

___ Form 1040 ITR Federal Income Tax Return (Latest and Scanned Copy)

___ W-2 Withholding Tax Statement (Latest and Scanned Copy)

I was wondering what we need myself(beneficiary here), fiance is in USAF. We just started trying to piece together what we will need. So hopefully you don't mind us tagging along your post to figure it out!!!

My fiance is in the army. What @Chris&Princess has posted looks like what my better half mentioned. I can check back with him, but I think that's the full answer already! :-)

Good morning I'm so happy. Wake up this morning something tell me to call NVC.  My Noa2 dated June 8, I just called the non-immigrant like. I was on the line for 11min and 38 second.  NVC received my petition and entered it into their system on June 22, last Thursday. The great news is that they gave me my NVC case numbers and my INV Numbers.

To those who has not receive their noa2 yet pray and stay strong. God will help you guys get to this hard time. Good luck hopefully this week noa2 pour into this forum..

Awwwww that's soooo cute! Jaime will realize he missed you, once you come back!
I cried as well, when Libby was camping on my pillow, after I left in January!

Wish me luck for tomorrow morning our time... then Scott should open the mailbox for Monday
