Finally sent all the forms yesterday so glad that it's done hope to get NOA1 next week then the long wait for NOA2 really hoping I'll be in America by November/December hope it's possible hahah

Yes, she can handwritten the letter. Signature is the most important here. And yes you can send her a letter (love letter) which she can bring during interview as a proof of an ongoing relationship. You should just send what they've asked for which is the letter of intent to marry (which I think is the easiest RFE). 🤗

Aww thanks for the info! I was just kidding with the "email" thing. Lol We got a lawyer and I know he could help us with this. Is case number different from MNL number? What does MNL mean? MANILA? Lol I'm confused now!

Yep   Each embassy has a 3 letter consular indicator.... For instance, if the embassy was Jakarta, the 3 letter indicator is JAK and someone would be calling to get their JAK number. MNL is for Manila.  Your number will be the 3 letter indicator (such as MNL) and a 10 digit case number.  When you get the number, you can go ahead and get things scheduled and rolling along.

 

Edit:  Yes, NVC number is different from uscis number.  They are 2 separate govt entities is why they have different numbers

hello all, please kindly advice me, my fiance has already filed a k1 visa for me but earlier before that i had made a trip to the US in which I was refused entry and I had to voluntarily withdraw my visa and i made a sworn statement that I was married although I am not legally married please how will this impact on my K1 visa which has already filed for me. I'm pretty sure they would have requested the letter for you if it was missing, better not to complicate things.

Tell her not to forget to write the date on her letter!

This is the letter I sent to her in messenger for her to copy.

She will hand write this and send back to me asap.

I told her make sure she dates it and to send me picture first of her version to veify before she mails it to me

Should be good to go right?

Better if she will just use a computer in the internet shop and ask someone to print for her.. Don't risk anything and just do handwriting. . :)) Goodluck!!

Thank you so much for the info! Are we expecting the 3 letter indicator and 10 digit case number after we got NOA2? So I should get MNL1234567890 for example? It's been 17 days now since we got approved! 😭
