In my humble opinion, I say go for it!  It is a very special day, one that will be remembered and cherished for the rest of your lives.  We will dress in gown and tux  for our very simple wedding here, and we'll go full traditional when we go back to her country.  YOLO

We have no real plans for another wedding.  My fiance says he might like to have a bigger wedding in the future with all our family, especially for his mum, but I feel like it might end up being one of those things that is talked about but never put into motion once we're settled.  Might just have to do it up for our little courthouse wedding and get some nice pictures taken

if that's the case, go for a wonderful wedding dress.  i'm sure everyone will love your dress.  (and get another beautiful wedding gown if you're doing the bigger one.)  have fun dress shopping.  wish we could go together!

Yes. She doesn't have to wait 80-100+ days hahaha. But I'm happy for her. This has to be a sign that USCIS is working double time. Hahahahaha

And a sign that the process is now getting faster. But I can't feel it since a lot of Jan and march filers don't have noa2 yet.

I guess I'm kinda like overthinking it, and doing the math like you sometimes, but I believe the # of timelines on this site that are 'abandoned' and not updated is about 16.6%.  So when you look back at the Jan Feb filers, and discount 16.6%...... It still leaves a big hole in unapproved petitions.
