So, I have a question for a friend whose about to apply for k1...The forms haven't update on USCIS site. They expire the end of this month. So, if they going to send their application say June 28 and USCIS don't receive it until July 1. Do anyone know I'd their case will be received or rejected due to the for expiring end of this month?

May be she can call to see if she should wait for new forms. maybe they actually have that info.

All forms on the USCIS have been updated. Not sure what form your referring to you, however, make sure you go to USCIS.gov; click on forms and then search I-129F Petition for Alien Fiance. All updated versions are available. Make sure you click on the "edition date" to make sure you see what version they are accepting. If you send in a old version, they will send your entire package and payment back to you and you will have to do the form over.

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

You no longer need to fill out the G-325A since the new I-129F has all the same information on it which is why they are only accepting the new version of I-129F.

However, the G325A form will never expire.

Ok, I will inform them. I didn't know that. Trying to help them out whill I'm waiting on the mailman for my noa2

I totally understand.

Just let her know that has long as she's using the new I-129F version, she will not need the G-325A.

Also, the G-1145 does not expire (this is the form so that she can receive email/text notifications). Just in case she ask you about this form.

But the USCIS website has each form listed up to date and has specific instructions on what each form is to be used for and when or if they expire. Just tell her to make the USCIS her new best friend at this point. Hahaha!

You are supposed to use the Notice Date for the Timeline, but everyone seems to go by received date, since that's what the scans used as a reference and probably what determines the order for them to work on cases. Well, not really because they don't work in such an orderly manner, but yeah... 😒

Thanx!  I'll fix my timeline with the right date.
