WHAT'S HAPPENING?! 😭 i checked the case tracker again. Did scans. 50 cases. Before my case number and some cases after me.. I'm in between 800-850.. From 4 RFEs before me, it became 6 RFEs! And after my case number, from 2 RFEs, it's now 6 RFEs! Hahahaha! It's very hard to guess right now. I mighy check again later. What's more interesting is that, just 2 cases before me, got a rfe.. Example im number 8 and the one who got a RFE is number 6!😂 So close! 😭 bummm. I wish the tracker is still working fine. Too hard to guess 😩

Do you have your noa2 already? Maybe your fiancé should try to call USCIS and try his best to talk to the TIER 2.. my friend had the chance to talk to them. Their case haven't really been touched. So the tier 2 told them they will give an order to the working team so they can review their case. :)) they said they will send an email once it's approved. But if no news after 5 working days they have to call back.. 😊 maybe it's worth to try it.

I've read some previous posts and they said the site gets updated only when they ask for RFE.  Otherwise, if your petition is approved, you only get the letter in your mailbox, no text nor e-mail will be sent. :)

Yes, I read the same on previous posts. My received date is March 15...so far no email/text and the site shows received. Just waiting!

Just install the Case Tracker App. :)) then click search.. Just fill up the Case number. For example our case number is WAC1xxxxx1234 . If you want to search for those case before you, just write on the Start Receipt, WAC1xxxxx1200 or maybe 1200 :)) then count 50-100 or until 500 :)) then you can start the scan

Thank you! Yup, I knew it! No case from the same received date as mine is being touched yet so for now I don't need to worry ;)

thank you.  You can try to call and ask to talk to a Tier 2.  My fiance checked with them this morning and was told that they have already mailed the letter last Friday.  When he came home today, the letter was in his mailbox.  Yours will be there very, very, very soon. :)

Give it at least a week, or send them an email at  NVCINQUIRY@state.gov.
