its day 105!!! Still nothing!!😣 it's stressing me out so much now!!😔I really hope I get something this week 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I know the feeling it's day 105 for me too. Very stressful. I work the graveyard shift and when I get off from work I'm super tired but I stay up to wait on the mailman. Informed delivery is not in my area now..I definitely hope we hear something this week.

Same here I don't get informed delivery in my area too!!! And it's even more stressful!!! We just need to have some patience and wait for the letter I guess!!😣

My word you all talk a lot lol. Harder to catch up on my phone than my desktop. It's much cooler today thankfully. I have a combination of heat stroke and high altitude sickness. The last few times I was here the altitude didn't bother me. This time ugh. I still have a headache but it's less today. We just went out for dinner and watched Netflix instead of going to the movies. We are going to go see the new Pirates of the Caribbean today. Chris has only just seen the first one. We are also going to go have an ice cream waffle cone at the Colorado City Creamery in Old Colorado City. Also walk our ice cream off wandering around the cute shops there.

I really hope hope we all get our noa2's soon. This is a view from our apartment in Colorado Springs.

Ughhhh I'm glad you're feeling better now!
I'm expecting for myself being killed by Virginian humidity, too. It's horrible to me, I already feel awful when it's humid here in Germany - not even a little comparison to Virginia. So that's gonna be a challenge! :)

So it's Monday here already, I keep my fingers crossed for you to get your NOA2 this week! :)

All others:
MOIN FROM GERMANY! :D
I had a terrible night, woke up at 2am, couldn't fall asleep again until after 4am, and now it's 9am and I'm in my office for 1,5hours grouching at my coworkers with puffy eyes hahaha

Oger-Time! :D

Have a friggin great day full of NOA2's! :)

Thank you! They are quoting the same article as in our case 8 C.F.R. 103.2(b)(11), but in our case they are quoiting it in full. As I figured it's the general provision for replying to an RFE

You are welcome. For some reason I can't attach the secon't page but there's just the missed question and the list of documents to send for those who do have criminal records (Eric doesn't:)).

Day 96 and still waiting, nothing in the mail nor any information via text/mail. Well it's a new week and hopefully we will hear something this week or the next.

My fiancee returns to USA in 3 days, I was hoping to get the news before then so that in case of an RFE we would prepare the documents here together and wouldn't have to mail anything / lose time to reply the RFE but oh well.

Patience..

Hello, Olya! :)) thanks for sharing! I'm so nervous right now.. i still can't open my email.. Maybe I'll wait until tomorrow night before I check. :D I'm just too nervous.. hopefully an rfe update. :)) or much better if an approval. ☺️

@Elisaveta I remember you said you also missed to answer this page but didn't get a rfe for this. :)) page 3 #15  of you travelled to the US already.. I wonder if you left your answers blank? Like for previous spouse or name of a child? My fiancé signed the bottom of each page of the i-129f.. I hope the one who will check our papers won't think that he missed that page because he signed every pages of it.. hoping for the same case with you and didn't get an rfe for that 😊

@Yzabelle, we didn't miss the same question Olya and Eric missed. We missed the one about my marital status and the one about have i ever travelled to the US. We also wrote in "none"or n\a" in the boxes that were not applicable and did not leave any box blank so it's pretty obvious i've never been married  (example: name of previous spouse:none, name of child:none etc.) and provided lots of evidence of my visit to the US so it is not like we tried to hide the fact i have travelled there, we simply missed to check that specific box.

Stop overthinking it and stop expecting an rfe. If you haven't heard anything so far via email or text, chances are your NOA2 is on its way! :D

I keep checking the tracker and still case received 🤣 i hope it's okay even if we left everything blank for the questions that aren't applicable 😭 I am single and didn't put any pictures with child on our photos.. Plus the letter how we met was very detailed..so I hope. yeah. I'm still hoping that we didn't get an rfe . But just in case it's going to be easy to fix. I can't help not to overthink😭
