Ohhhh great Olya!!!
That's an easy fix, and your NOA2 will follow shortly! A ton of rocks must have fallen off your heart! :)
Charascho! :D
(However that is spelled!)

Absolutely!

I made 26,000 steps yesterday trying to walk out the RFE stress (and, of course, imagined all sorts of dreadful time consuming requests:D), then came home and saw Eric's messages:)

Danke schön:D (I used to speak German btw but haven't had any practice for years)

Can you please share with us if the first part of the letter is the same as ours (the quotation of the provision C.F.R 103.2(b)(11)?

No, ours is different, no quotations.

Eric did send me pictures but they are blurry, and he is out with his friends at the moment. I'll ask him to resend better pictures tomorrow and share with you.

@Eric&Olya finally you got your letter! :)) can you share me what they instructed you to do? Do you have to send them another set of i-129f or just the page where you missed to answer one box? NOA2 will come shortly to you! :)) will only take a week after they respond after receiving it. ^^ based on my observations. :))

They attached a page with a question about criminal records, not a page from I-129f but just the missed question to be answered Yes or No right there, and some other boxes to check if you have been convicted, and the explanations what documents to attach in this case. So, for Eric it was just to choose No and sign at the bottom. I will share the picture later because the one I have now is blurry.

Thank you for your support, I do hope it won't take long now!

I should have went on, but: ja chatschu na diwan, hehe. I was too lazy, and then didn't need it anymore!

Haha, see! It's that easy lol
I wanted to learn a language and decided for Russian, because it's pretty good for the bavarian tongue (rolling R for example), and I got a lot of Russian native speakers at work.

But now I downloaded the Memrise App and decided to practise a little Spanish once I'm in the States and an unemployed alien haha
I'm pretty easy with languages, spoke fluent Romanian in my childhood (all gone though) and a bit of Portuguese.
All that's left is English, so I'll add Spanish, :) because it's fun for me to learn languages!

I'm going to learn Spanish too, starting from September. Seems to be the most practical choice of a foreign language for the States. So, if you need a study buddy, we can motivate each other :)

I hope when we are fluent enough, @Estibaliz will kindly help us develop conversational skills:P
